Had a very positive review of this company beforehand. They had completed a few electrical jobs fairly smoothly. Asked them more than a month ago to come and give me an estimate for another project. Employee came out within a couple of days. They told me they were busy so I waited a few weeks and called about the estimate. They said they would call me, waited a few more weeks and called them back and they said they would not have time. If they would have told me a month ago, it wouldn't have been a problem. Very poor way of treating a potential loyal customer.
Very professional and prompt service from the Rucker Mechanical technicians. They did an awesome job installing the mini split on our enclosed porch area. It works so well keeping it cool and is so quiet you can’t even tell it is running. I would definitely recommend their services.
Chad got right on it. Gave me a quote instantly, ordered my new equipment and had a crew scheduled immediately. They were very professional and gave me a better price on better equipment than all the other companies I called. The only company I will use from now on.

Highly recommend this company! I hired them to put a Samsung Mini Split on my covered deck. Absolutely love it! Worth every penny! When it was 48 degrees outside, our deck was 78. They were professional and courteous. Knew exactly what they were doing. Got the job done in an extremely timely manner and cleaned up any debris. Thanks Chad! Great Job! The system did exactly what you said it would. And it’s super quiet! Can’t even tell it’s running. I would hire them again!

Billed 3.5 hours on a two hour job. Then overpayed on a motor and capacitor. Total came to almost a grand for what was a simple repair. So if you want to shell out a ton of money and get gouged use this company!
Quoted and installed all with in a couple days. Our situation was very unique but Rucker had it handled in no time.

I would 100% not recommend Rucker Mechanical and Electric. We had an inground pool installed in November of 2021 and Rucker Mechanical & Electric did the electric for our pool equipment. We paid Rucker Mechanical & Electric $2,000 directly on the date of service. On June 15, 2022, we receive a phone call from Teresa saying that "because (pool company) hasn't paid them from another job, they're going to put a lien on our property for $1,000 the pool company owes them." It made zero sense. She couldn't provide educated responses to questions and wouldn't let us get a word in. I told her when she’s calling to give people this information, she really needs to have her ducks in a row. She responded with, "I may not have my ducks in a row, but you know what, maybe I will go ahead and put that lien on your house!" Then she hung up on us. Classic move. My husband called Teresa back and explained that we didn't appreciate being bullied at 8:00am about an issue that is not related to us. Teresa continued displaying her lack of customer service. She bashed our pool company (who we had a good experience with) and continued to claim "Rucker can put a lien on our property due to someone else’s lack of payment because it’s “Oklahoma law.”" As it turns out, it’s not Oklahoma law to be able to run around randomly throwing liens on properties, especially when it’s unrelated to the customer. Just to recap: 1. Rucker completed work on electric for our pool in November of 2021. We paid in full the $2,000 payment at the time of service. 2. Pool company doesn't pay Rucker $1,000 for a different pool job, unrelated to our pool install. 3. Teresa with Rucker calls us on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 to tell us they're putting a lien on our property and that we need to call the pool company to get them to pay Rucker $1,000 for a job that is completely unrelated to ours. 4. I contacted an attorney because we’re not really into professional bullying and threats. We learned what Teresa claimed
Charged $160 to do absolutely nothing and the man they sent could not even provide an estimate. Had used this company in the past and they were good... but never again.
Mike was on time , very thorough on servicing my ac, he explained what the problem was and how he take care of the problem. Very satisfied!
Great service excellent products
I have used Rucker Mechanical for about 30 years for heat/air and plumbing. They are a wonderful family owned company who truly care about the customer. I recently had a back-up drain pipe in my garage. They got it cleared and up and working quickly. Their service people are always kind, polite, professional. I highly recommend Rucker Mechanical.

The person who came as a plumber spent 5.5 hrs in our place, fixed one easy thing and was doing diagnostics of the other issues for most of the time. He had no clue what he was doing, all the time was on the phone with his boss discussing findings. Finally didn’t know what to do, charged us for over $700 and recommended to discus the charge with his boss next day. Unfortunately he got the money. His boss Sean Rucker refuses to talk and disconnects the phone calls. The worst plumber experience we have had.
