Very professional, very quick install.
Darek came though with the quote and Sean and Mickey came and did the install of a mini split with 2 heads and I can say they did an outstanding job and I recommend Pronto Heating and Air to anyone their service is top notch

Sean and Mikey did a professional installation. They cleaned up the wiring and plumbing substantially over what the home builder had done. The new Daikin system is working flawlessly.

I’m impressed with their service. Danny was thorough and observant. Darek clearly explained all of my options, even ones that would not earn them any money. They identified my unique issue. Update: These guys did a major overhaul of my system and did a fantastic job. They are responsive to communication and they make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend them. One more update: I was so impressed with these guys, I signed up for the semi annual maintenance. This most recent service call once again showed me that they are the real deal. Semi-annually service, and yes as usual top ten services and very much appreciated.
I was looking for a new company to do annual maintenance service calls & any repairs needed along the way. This company was recommended to me by my electrician. Other than the electrician’s recommendation I knew nothing about them. A technician was at my house within 2 days!! He was prompt, very courteous & professional. To say I was pleased is an understatement.
I woke up to no heat in my house. After calling around to 10+ companies in the area, Pronto was the quickest to respond. Kevin came out in no time, diagnosed the issue, and was extremely helpful in explaining the situation. While all we can do is wait for it to thaw, he did put me in contact with Darek who is helping me get new units installed to avoid this issue in the future (frozen units due to incorrect placement in the house - 90%'s in the attic!). They have been very empathetic to my situation and are great to work with! I will be using them for all my HVAC needs from this day forward.
☀️Professional,Timely & Dependable ☀️ We contacted Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning LLC for an estimate regarding our A/C as we heard loud noises coming from the unit in the attic. Upon inspection it was assessed that Our Unit needed 2 parts a blower & fan motor. This was during Oklahoma temperatures of 91 degree heat & humidity 😅 We called them a week later to install it within 24 hours a Pronto Heating representative had ordered our A/C parts and booked a next day appointment. Once the 2 technicians arrived on time they immediately got our unit back online within a hour!!!! They cleaned up their boxes& Trash☀️ 🌞
