These guys ROCK!
I did hours and hours of research for an HVAC company (analysis paralysis) I felt like I could trust in the Bethany area, and eventually decided to go with this one because of it's wonderful reviews. And I definitely feel like I made the best decision. Chris was incredibly nice, helpful and very informative. He very kindly answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing and how it affects the system and what I could do to maintain it.

We are still dealing with heater issues but John stays in contact with us to let know what is going on. He is always so pleasant when we call to get an update. Also the tech he sent out was very thorough and took his time to figure out what is going on. We don't like that we have to wait but neither does John but it is out of our control. I've relied on Mainard & Sanders for the past 20 years (2 homes). With their regular maintenance, I've only had 2 breakdowns and both were power (surge) related. Reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! I would highly recommend!

Really happy with the service I received from Mainard & Sanders Heating & Cooling. They were able to squeeze me in to fix my furnace that would not stay on with freezing temperatures outside. The prices were fair and the service was great! Will definitely use them again.

I have used Mainard & Sanders for nearly twenty years. They have installed a new system for me, made repairs as needed, and conducted my regular maintenance. In my view, they are the best in the business. They are friendly, on-time, and always there when you need them. They care about their customers and will do anything within their power to exceed your expectations. Their work is high quality and efficient. Particularly, John and Chris are top-notch. You cannot go wrong with Mainard & Sanders. I highly recommend them.

I am not one that normally reviews service organizations - but feel compelled to share my bit of good news about this organization. Returned home yesterday to find my AC inoperative ... began calling AC repair organizations and wasn’t having much luck until I got to Mainard and Sanders. Within two hours, a tech was here and began diagnosing the problem. A bad switch and compressor fan later - cold air was flowing through my home. Chris (the tech) began working the problem at 5:30 PM and finished about 10:00 PM !!! While there may have been a less expensive route to the return of a cool home, I doubt anyone would have worked as tirelessly to resolve the issue as Chris and his team did. My family is grateful for their efforts and abilities.
John and his Technicians all arrived when promised, had provided an early estimate/invoice of the parts to be used in replacing both AC/heat, Work was done efficiently, quickly, correctly at our Storage Business/Residence. Would Highly recommend. about $2,000.00 lower than highly advertised competitor in the area .
After speaking with anothet heat and air company, I feel I was extremely over charged by Mainard & Sanders. Their workmanship was fine if you can afford them. (2011). Thank you John for your great efforts to make me a happy customer. I hadn't realized the price diff until a resent 2nd repair. (2016). I better understand your pricing and reasons for it, insurances, bonded repair techs, etc. Really felt like you backed your company well and would feel confident to use you again even though it may cost a bit more.
I recommend Mainard & Sanders Heating & Air Conditioning, they go above and beyond my expectations and the quality of their work is superlative. You can't go wrong with Mainard & Sanders.
