I called and they arrived within two hours and professionally fixed my AC. Nothing greater could be said about a company that exceptionally takes care of their customers.
Jake & Jeremy had to replace my water heater since it had a leak. Old unit was 10 years old. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit. Jake showed me how to change the temperature setting, in case I wanted to up the hot water. They completed the install and serviced my central air unit as well. They were courteous, respectful and professional. Great customer service too. Thank you for your employees.

I appreciate the honest punctual and efficient way they do business, especially with this particular technician. When there is an issue with your unit, they show you why by showing you the malfunctioning part in your presence and I appreciate that. This way as a customer I am not just being told something. So far, my experience with this company is all positive. The technician you sent out this time was most courteous, respectful, and above all caring. He was most helpful and attended to areas I pointed out that needed some attention. I really did appreciate that. Such character in an individual is sorely missing in today's world.
Kianoosh was very thorough and patient. He answered all of our questions in a straightforward manner giving us the information we needed to make the best decision in our best interest.

Outstanding service by Joe. My A/C quit working early Saturday morning so I called and got emergency work order setup for that evening. He showed up earlier than expected and found the problem quickly. He was very professional and courteous, explaining all he was doing, informed me what needed done to keep system running good. Completed his work, and cleaned areas he worked, very pleasant whole time he was here. Excellent service as always. I let him know how much I appreciated him coming early and the work he did. Joe was great as he worked on our AC unit; professional and knowledgeable at what he does. I appreciate him making sure all our questions were answered and explained to us what he was doing and what was needed to make the repairs. No unnecessary sales of parts/equipment not needed or pressure to spend more money that what was needed. Joe communicated via cell phone updating me on his arrival time which was turned out way sooner than originally scheduled. Much appreciated! He found out what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. There were earwigs in the box that was designed to keep bugs out. It doesn't make much sense, but as long as he fixed it who cares? He was very professional.
Joe did a fine job and was very conscientious in following up. I cannot fault a service tech when his employer price gouges even long time business customers of many years. $250 for a $25-$30 capacitor is too brazen; I expect parts to be marked up on a repair job, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been heavily overcharged. Interstate Heat and Air is a solid, competent company, but they’ve gotten far too greedy.
They don't charge anything extra for after hours service. My service tech Jake was very knowledgeable and worked within my budget to get maximum value for my $$

Knowledgeable about possibilities for the source of the problem; found a more affordable solution for the time being. Identified items that would need replacement in the future to avoid continued costly repairs without pressure to make those repairs right now.
My technician, Joel, was very professional and arrived on schedule. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied and that there was nothing more that he could do for me. He ensured me that my system is working properly and that he did not find any issues. I truly appreciate the excellent service that I received today.
