I can not say enough positive things about this company and the owner. I need a new AC unit, and he took the time to not talk over or down to me. Rather, he took the time to help me understand my choices and the longer-term benefits of each option. Yeah, units are expensive, but of the quotes, he is by far the most fair and honest. He did not pad the quote with unnecessary line items to confuse me.
Came in and did a quote, found additional issues with our previous unit and fixed free of charge during the a quote visit.

During the Christmas freeze of 2022 that shut down airports across the country with temps in the single digits, my furnace went out. I called Innovative Comfort Solutions, having never used this business in the past, but based on a friend's recommendation. Despite being incredibly busy with multiple furnaces failing across the metropolitan area, Jamie, the owner, somehow found a way to come out to my house on Christmas Eve Eve (12/23) and got my furnace working again, although he did let me know that with an almost 20-year-old furnace that wasn't of the highest quality in the first place, I would need to replace my furnace very soon. Jamie was professional, courteous, respectful of my property and my time, and quite clearly an expert in heat and air issues. Being the stubborn homeowner that I was and since I then had heat, I stalled getting a new furnace, until the cold snap of late January, 2023 hit, when temperatures dipped and stayed in the 20s for I believe around 72 hours or more, and of course, the furnace failed again. I reached out to Innovative Comfort Solutions again, with the interior temperature of my house dipping into the 50s and very worried about my pipes bursting. They very quickly got a furnace on a truck from Tulsa and installed it that next day, including tne installation of new support system, as my previous heater was suspended in the attic by straps that no longer met code. I also had a new Ecobee thermostat installed, as my previous thermostat was around 20 years old as well. Both Jamie and Drew took the time to answer my many, many questions about the furnace what everything inside of it did and how, the installation and the thermostat and were very patient and kind. They made sure that I was clear on exactly what they were doing and why, which I appreciated a great deal. My furnace and thermostat work beautifully. They have gained a life-long customer and I would highly recommend their company without hesitation.
I sent a message to Innovative Comfort Solutions the first of last week, and this week there is a new sound in my house. Peace and quiet. The new system is taking a break just a few hours after being installed and cooling the entire house. The old compressor tanked and rhe portable AC is resting nicely as it waits for its next job. Hours after install is the first day ever since moving in 3 years ago that the entire house has been cool, the unit off and resting with Temps outside over 90 degrees!! Even better Innovative Comfort Solutions was honest and got the job done for close to 5k less. 5 other companies told me they would need to put new unit in the attic, because there was not one small enough to fit in current cabinet. They would also need to put in new duct work and returns in backrooms. Well ICS was able to put the new furnace unit in the same cabinet, made current returns bigger, gave unit space to breathe, added no new duct work or returns and unit is working just great!! I was having a problem with my house. It could not cool down when the temps started reaching in the 90’s. My ac would run all afternoon but could not keep up. I called four different A/C companies and three of the techs told me my air conditioner was just fine, but it was too small for my house. They recommended that I spend anywhere from $11k to $15k on upgrading my ac unit for the size of my house (3.5 ton to a 5 ton). The fourth ac tech told me my ac was operating fine and maybe I should look at an issue with my house itself. The fourth technician was Jamie from Innovative Comfort Solutions. Based on his advice, I had my insulation and air leaks looked at. I hired a company to fix it and my house is now comfortable. He looked beyond the sale into what I actually needed. He also performed more tests on my ac than the other three. He looked at my ducts, took measurements and performed more rigorous inspections. He saved me money and earned a lifetime customer. He is honest and looks out for your best interest. He knew that a larger ac was not the needed solution in this instance.
I've worked in the refrigeration field for 10 years and Jamie and his guys are QUALITY Professionals for sure. So I would highly recommend them.
Our 18 year old Carrier had been losing ground. It was losing 2.5 lbs of r-22 per month. I saw a news story featuring Jamie and ICS. His honesty and knowledge were shining forth. I gave him a call and he arrived quickly. He got the old Carrier running again and a new 4 ton Bryant was ordered. His installation was the neatest and cleanest install ever! Mandrel bends replaced elbows and other fittings (greatly reducing the likelihood of future leaks in the line sets). I believe Jamie and crew are of the most highest integrity---he comes highly recommended!
Cannot say enough good things about the service Jamie and Chad provided to us after we lost our A/C early this summer! From detailed explanations with multiple options between repair or replacement, it was a relief to finally find a company that prioritizes integrity and customer satisfaction. I called ICS base on a post he made on Facebook. I have had a problem with my A/C for a few years. It would run out of Freon every 18 months or so. Every one I had out said it had to be my line behind the wall. No one ever really attempted to find the leak or problem. I have been using ACS for a couple of years. In his post He wrote even if I didn’t use his company call someone else other that ACS. Well that sold me. He came out found the leak, no not in the line behind the wall, and provided me a cost effective resolution. I highly recommend ICS. They will give you an honest look and estimate.
Excellent service, Chad was on time (love that) explained the problem thoroughly and had it fixed quickly.reasonably priced as well. We would definitely use ICS again.
ICS has helped me out twice this past summer and fall with issues with my AC and furnace. The company was extremely timely, efficient, and cost appropriate.

I had a new heat/air system put in. I had three estimates, all three were within $700.00 of each other, and Innovative Comfort Solutions was putting in a higher grade, more energy efficient, system than the other two. They were not the highest bid. Jamie was very nice and explained what he was doing and why. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves.
Jamie and his team installed a new HVAC unit in our house and we have been able to run our thermostat at a more comfortable temperature and have saved money. I would highly recommend them. Jamie was available for questions and gave us plenty of options that fit our needs and budget. He was fast and professional and provided a great price.
Jamie saved me last night! I am 39 weeks pregnant and at 9:00pm I discovered my A/C wasn't working and it was 85 degrees in my house! Jamie got out of bed and arrived at my house in 10 minutes and proceeded to fix the problem in under 15 minutes and it didn't cost me my soul to even though it was after hours! He was so sweet and he really helped me out of a jam, even though he had to sacrifice sleep to do so! We will only use Jamie and his company from now on and always refer him to friends and family!
