We had copper thieves steal the the copper lines off the side of our building for sanctuary air conditioning. Hinton sent Cole and his apprentice who were absolutely amazing. The professionalism and knowledge was appreciated. How clean and professional a job he did installing everything shows how much he cares about doing the job right the first time. Can't go wrong using Hinton, you get what you pay for.
I had Ryan and Dustin out to install a whole home air purification product (SecureAire) in my ductwork. The guys were very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. Big fan of Hinton Refrigeration!!

Had them repair my AC on Sat. Called late Friday night and they were over by Noon Saturday getting me fixed up. While I had to pay the overtime rates it was an excellent experience, Quick setup, quick repair and not too expensive. Would use them again..
I called for a estimate for a a/c unit to be replaced. Talked with Jeremy he called when I was at a doctors appt. with no notice and hadn't heard back after over 2 weeks. I called this morning to see if they were going to come look at it and he said they were to busy.
We returned from NYC and it was 98 outside and almost as hot inside. Within an hour of our call, Hinton dispatched Alvin to rescue us. After a thorough examination to ensure all possible factors were considered, Alvin cleaned, repaired, and recharged our a/c unit, keeping us informed at every step. We are DELIGHTED!
Talked to Jeremy on the phone. He was very kind and courteous and went out of his way to help me.
Just called Hinton to have work done on a heater and I was informed "we don't do work at apartments". The BIG problem with that statement is the fact that not too long ago I worked at a different complex and used Hinton at least once a month for heat and air??????? BAD BUSINESS either don't do work at apartments AT ALL or do it, don't pick and choose.
I rarely write reviews but this company far exceeded my expectations. I'm on OG&E smart hours so when my A/C kicked on at 7pm last night and started blowing hot air I thought I was in trouble. I remembered working with Hinton Refrigeration at work and took a chance and contacted them. Five minutes later a tech called me and 20 minutes later Alvin, the Hinton HVAC tech was at my door. Two minutes later he diagnosed a faulty condensor blower motor. It's now past 8pm and no way he can get the part until the next day. No worries, Alvin said he would order the part first thing in the morning and even though he had a full day of work orders scheduled, would find time to get it installed. Sure enough, it's 5:30pm and Alvin is installing the motor. By 6pm he was finished and I have ice cold A/C cooling down my house. That's what I call service above and beyond. I just wish I could give them 6 stars! Thank You Alvin!!!
