Our 37 year old furnace bit the dust a few weeks ago and needed to be replaced. Contacted Hibdon and they were out that day to help get the old one running and set us for a new installation. They did a fantastic job and were easy to work with.
I really cannot stress this company enough! Told them we had an emergency and we had them here in 45 ninutes!

Skylar has been out a couple of times to service my equipment he is very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to educate me about my equipment and offers ideas of how to save me money I would highly recommend HIBDON they've taken very good care of me
Loved that I called in and actually talked to a live person! Got a tech out to my house very quickly. Tech was very polite, got started immediately. Diagnosed the problem and informed me of options. Had part replaced and cooling in short time. Will definitely use them again!
Our air conditioner just stopped working in the hot evening. We called and Alex came out immediately and fixed it. He was so professional and pleasant. He has been here before and is always the same. He leaves us feeling satisfied that we have received excellent service.

We contacted 8 different hvac companies to replace our entire AC and hibdons was by far the worst experience of them all. First of all, Hibdons was 2 hours late to their time-specific appointment with us. Second of all, the gentleman looked at our unit for a few minutes, then tells us he will just email is a PDF with information for a new AC. He seemed to have no interest in sitting down and discussing what we needed. Then I asked him if he has my email, he said yes. I said, "which one" He looks at his IPAD and then said "oh wait, I don't have an email for you." (I expected this because they never asked for my email on the phone when I made the appointment.) Then, he takes my email and leaves. It's been 2 weeks and he has still not sent me any PDF with cost of a new AC. So, not only were they very late, but they never even got back to me, ever. I reccomend any other company you can find.
Justin with Hibdon's did a great job for a great price on time and above all lowered my electric bill.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the technician Alex who installed our Air Conditioner on 7/14. He was courteous and polite. Efficient and conscientious, as he made sure to clean up after himself. Great customer service is extremely hard to come by and Alex delivered that and then some! Thank you so much Alex! We will be recommending your services to anyone looking for Air Conditioner service and installation. Thank you again
