My name is JohnTreadwell. I used the plumbing service. Hired Harrison Orr to fix water leak under the house then replace lots of copper pipes with Pex. Their price was good and their work was Excellent! To RICHARD HALL…. Jason is one great plumber! His knowledge it extensive and he gets the job done fast and CORRECTLY done! To anyone reading this if you need plumbing or any of the services they offer Harrison Orr is the right decision! When it comes to HVAC /PLUMBING Harrison orr will be the only company I use ! Period! Harrison- Orr van pushed through a red light 3/5/2021 8:44am on NW Expressway and Independence. Either drivers have not been trained properly, are not following rules or are being pushed to provide fast service.
I’ve been pleased with their service until I called recently (3 times) to set up an appointment and never got a call back. Too much business I guess.
A while back, our air conditioner quit cooling. We called Harrison Orr. The tech came out and said the dip switches were wrong? The AC still didn't work right.We called another company and was told our system was low on freon. He found a leak on the inside unit, then repaired it. We also had to find the paperwork for the tech to set the dip switches back. We tried them at the suggestion of a co-worker so we didn't ask for a refund; however we let them know we weren't happy with their service.

These guys are awesome! They went out of their way. I was nervous because I didn’t get a quote before they started but the price was less than other companies and they actually showed up and got the job done. Very friendly and clean cut. Thanks!
I just paid $1600 bill to repair damage caused by this company. I tried multiple times to get them to correct with no luck. I had multiple systems designed, installed, and maintained by them over several years. Never the same technician, always had to bring new one up to speed, and it seems call backs were routine as they rarely get anything correct in the first visit in my many experiences. Additionally, one system they installed had an incorrect part installed by them and was over charged by almost 4lbs of freeon. Another system was damaged by the tech that had covers off of it and nicked a freeon line and it all leaked out. This company came highly recommended. I would say for an average person or business much better choices are available.
