What wonderful people! During below 0 temperatures, my heater stopped working. Elizondo Air called me back within a hour and were at my door 30 minutes later! Unheard of service. Extremely professional . Efficency in finding the problem was incredible. Dedication to explaining and fixing the problem was both comforting and reassuring. I had no doubt I was in great , knowledgeable hands. Again, temperatures were in the negative and this wonderful man not only took the time to fix the problem, but took the time to ensure no future problems would happen. I highly reccommend Elizondo Air Managment!

Excellent service. I highly recommend this company. They install a brand new central unit. It works awesome. On this past winter storm I didn't have any issue with my heat. My electric bill wasn't high. They told me the unit will save me money and it really does. Thank you Elizondo Air.
One of the drivers literally cut me off was super rude he shouldn’t be acting like that while representing a company. I wouldn’t contact them

This company is great, they made this fix a completely painless process. I had been dealing with my AC tripping my circuit. Jose came out the same day I called. He did an extremely thorough diagnostic and found all kinds of issues. Miguel gave me a rundown of all the issues and how they would fix them. He told me part costs and gave me an estimated cost immediately. The issue was fixed the very next morning, for an extremely fair price. I will be using them for any future HVAC service needs and I would highly recommend them!!
Wow! What an amazing experience! This company takes customer service to a whole different level. From the moment they came to inspect my old unit they were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They gave me the best price in town to replace my Heat & Air system. They did an outstanding job and worked around my schedule. On top of that they have amazing customer service. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and will recommend them to anyone else. You will be happy you hired them for the job.

Excellent service experience from Elizondo Air. They checked and serviced my air conditioning system, making sure it was prepared for up coming duty in the summer months.
Came out and point out the outside unit was frozen and the filter was clogged and proceeds to tell me the thermostat is the cause of the outside unit and wants to charge $100 for a $30 thermostat. The thermostat works just fine, it was the way it was wired and the outside unit isn't even required for the heater to operate as I've had it disconnected since and will deal with the wiring later. I would have thought the "expert" would have noticed it was not a heat pump system and the switch on the thermostat was switched to heat pump. At least the guy changed out the filter but the proposed solution was just to get more money with an unneeded step and could have been resolved with flipping a switch and potentially rearranging the wiring.
Very pleased with the new High Efficiency furnace, the work was professional and done promptly. City inspector said he was impressed with the job also. Great company to do business with.
