My A/C stopped working two days ago. My thermostat was dead, and my 18-year-old unit seemed dead as well. I thought that the entire unit had finally bit the dust, and I was prepared to hear that news. However, instead, Kory discovered that a panel in the attic unit had dislodged, and the button that controlled the thermostat had been disengaged. He put everything back in order in a matter of minutes, and my A/C immediately began running perfectly. I am a senior citizen who knows very little about A/C. Kory could have told me that I needed an entire new unit, which would have cost about $8,000. I am so thankful for Kory's and EJ's honesty and integrity. This is a trustworthy company. I strongly endorse their service.

EJ's Heating & Air were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly fast to respond and get someone out when our AC unit died a horrible and painful death. Their prices were absolutely fair and reasonable. Tina, on the phone, was wonderfully professional and patient in answering all of my questions and my mom's questions (my mom was helping me since this was my first time dealing with this kind of thing and I was clueless). Lundy, both Jasons, and all their crew were incredibly amazing in getting out here quickly and getting our home taken care of and getting AC back so FAST. It was awesome. They were all super friendly and professional, I cannot thank them enough. I could tell they were all trying to get us the best price for the ACCURATE AC unit that our home needed. And it was truly a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you EJ's for taking care of my home and family! (Just for clarification- The picture does not do it justice, it is absolutely up to code and our second unit is not- but wasn't needing replacement yet so still falls under old rules. It is leveled and perfect.)
Before my wife and I got married she had a unit installed by E J's about 25 years ago. It finally started giving us trouble and with new EPA regulations for refrigerant we had no choice but to get a new complete system installed and hands down E J's was our choice. They told us it would possibly take 1-2 days to install and the 3 gentleman they sent out got it done in 5 hours, simply A++++ service and work, not to mention the respect and positive attitude of their workers. If you want quality people and quality work give them a call you won't be disappointed. Thank you E J's for the years of quality service, we will definitely spread the word about your company.
EJs has done it all on our new home remodel. They did an amazing job! We had deteriorating floor vents and no working ac. They installed new, in attic ducts, new ac, and new furnaces. Reasonable prices and professional. They even closed up our old floor vents very well so nothing will ever get through. Even when we had a little hiccup with getting a furnace going for the first time, they were very quick to come out and fix the problem (even though it was not their fault.) Highly recommend.
These guys were great. We built a new home and they did the install. When I looked at the different companies and everything, what I liked about them was they have been around a long time. To me that meant good solid people that I could trust. Thanks for the great experience. Building can be tough but the a/c was awesome ( except for the inspector which turned out wrong and wasted both of our times) super awesome company which I highly recommend. 🙂
This company is THE BEST air conditioning company I have ever used. Larry came out years ago and took care of an air conditioning problem with the coils. Didn't try to sell me something I didnt need and was straight with me on everything. Things haven't changed with EJ's staff/technicians in 11 years. I trust no other AC company like I do EJ's. They just installed a new AC unit outside and didn't try to sell me a whole house unit. They said I don't need it. WHO DOES THAT! only EJ's. Reliable. Came out no notice to keep the old unit working and house cool. The other Great thing is ALL the employees I have dealt with are this way. WHERE CAN YOU FIND THAT! only EJ's heat and air. I could go on. Thank you all for being straight, fair and honest. I appreciate it very much.
Not very well talking over the phone and need to work on personal skills
Daniel came right out and accessed the issue and explained to me in detail what was needed to be done. He walked me through my options so I could make the best decision for my business. He and his crew were on time and professional. They did a great job and were happy to do it. They made me feel confident in their knowledge. Daniel even called back (on his time off) to make sure we were doing good and the system was working properly. I have, and will continue, to recommend this company.

I honestly can’t put into words how thankful I am for this company! With how hot it’s been, our AC went out and they were here to help us. Truly grateful for their business.
Very curtious office staff and service techs came out within a couple of hours to service our AC unit. Found the problem and fixed it quickly and made sure the unit was working and happily explained the issue and questioned we had before they left. Definately recommend their service and will use them in the future.

Great service! They saved us just before the hot weather hit. Gave a professional evaluation of our needs and took care of us quickly after we made a decision on the best route for us.
Had a power outage and when power came back AC wasn't working. Called EJs as I knew my neighbor was also having service done for the same thing. Justin came in, fixed the issue and was done within 30 minutes. Great service with good prices, appreciate the speed and efficiency.
Overpriced and over rated . We asked for a job to get done and they said if they can't do the whole job they wouldn't do it. Then sent a bid 30% over others. Total ripoff
Had them come out and look at my leaking AC unit. They were able to get me in the same day and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour! The tech was honest and professional and really affordable! I would definitely recommend EJs for all your HVAC needs!
Mike is the best!!!! I was in a time crunch to process a VA loan with a provision to update the heat and air before move-in. Mike was the only person in Okc that would/could make it happen.
Last night, the display on our thermostat went completely blank and our AC went off. We called EJ's because they had come out a few years back, and we had appreciated their good and honest service. The lady on the phone was so nice and kind, she even helped me troubleshoot a bit. They were able to send a person out the next morning, and he came right when he said he would. Jason was nice, very explanatory and informative, and caring enough to help me understand what all he was having to work on. He was able to fix the problem, but unfortunately because of a prior installation from a different company the issue came right back two hours later. I called them again, and Jason came back and spent another hour up in our hot attic at no charge. I would highly recommend their service and work. Because I don't have much understanding of HVAC stuff, I need to know I can trust who is working on my house, and I could easily tell and now do trust them. Thank you!!
