For our AC repair, he showed up even earlier than we expected and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and charged a very reasonable rate.
Comfort Works is top shelf, I’ve had a Geothermal unit for 14 years it’s worked great with very little maintenance. There service and employees are excellent. Great company and Climate Master geothermal is also top shelf!!
I was excited to find a service provider with excellent knowledge of my Climate Master Geothermal Unit. They were willing to travel 95 miles to my location and provided excellent service! Thank you Zack for the top notch work! Will definitely call upon you again when the need arises!

The staff here is so incredibly professional. Josh responded quickly to my AC issue. They've always been very fast and professional. Not ridiculously expensive either. They got my unit's problem fixed very quickly.
My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. The receptionist was super helpful when I contact the office. Once we discovered we could not fix the problem over the phone she had a tech out the same day...he even came a few hours early. Josh was great!!! Very professional, friendly and overall great to work with. I would definitely recommend their service. I thought, I was going to be without AC for the remainder of the week, but they got me in, up and working.
Geothermal unit- a/c not working Many thanks to Comfort Works for excellent service! Responsive, professional, expert service technicians with integrity! Had another company tell me my system was completely worn out and needed to be replaced for over $20k! Chris from Comfort Works fixed my a/c with a simple service call and assured me all was well. Can’t praise them enough for saving me from a predatory company preying on the naive. Thank you!

In this record cold snap, my water pipe burst in the garage closet shared with the heating unit. The water caused the heater to stop working. I called Comfort Works this morning hoping to get on a repair list for early next week. To my surprise, they scheduled for tomorrow but were able to make it today. Yay! Repair tech Chris was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable! Great experience!!
Comfort Works offers excellent customer service! I’ve used them several times to repair my geo-thermal heat pump. The latest was right in the middle of record cold temperatures. The unit went out overnight. I called them at 8 a.m. the next morning. They showed up in the afternoon and fixed the problem. Their tech, Zach, was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, explaining everything he was doing. I highly recommend this company. When I get ready to replace the unit, Comfort Works will get the job!
GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM INSTALL A company is only as good as its leadership and people. The craftmanship and skill of the workers is just as important as the best equipment. This is what makes Comfortworks the best choice for a geothermal system installation. Chris, the manager/ president provided excellent leadership and hands-on supervision. The drilling crew was hardworking and dedicated. Their skill and speed was awe inspiring. Ronnie is a master electrician, excellent system troubleshooter, and problem solver. Andy and Manny did a great job installing ductwork, and they were friendly and fast. There were a few glitches and annoying problems along the way, but thanks to Comfortworks' excellent customer service, all is well. The system works as expected, and I'm saving money and saving the earth. Thank you, Chris. You and your crew deserve kudos for professionalism, skill, and work ethic. I recommend Comfortworks for geothermal installation without hesitation. Thank you all.
At the end of July our unit quit working so we had it replaced. The 2 installers Casey and Brian arrived on time and were efficient in their work. I was very impressed with their speed and quality. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who needs heating or cooling needs.
I have residential geothermal HVAC and my A/C stopped working. The technician (Zack) came Saturday night almost at midnight. Zack found the problem quickly, and he had a replacement capacitor part in his van. $271 for a midnight weekend repair, including the part.
I built my present 5000 s.f. home 20 years ago. I wanted an efficient comfortable home. I built a complete GEO Thermal home with geo heated floors, geo heated domestic water, and geo a/c. I used the equipment and advice of the Comfort.works team. Chris Ellis and Wes Wostal gave me advice on equipment and design. I have been overly impressed with the total package. Comfort.works advice, equipment, installation and follow up have been excellent. I couldn't be more pleased. Comfort.works are top notch professionals.
We just completed our new 80k sf building and installed Comfort Works Geo-Thermal system. we've occupied our building for 3 months. I have been amazed at the system itself. Quiet ,efficient and customer friendly! not to mention the simplicity of the system. I have been in the working environment for over 50 years. I have never had the pleasure of a nicer bunch of people at Comfort Works to work with. Their attention to detail and customer service exceeds all expectations! I will be putting one of these systems in my home when my old antiquated furnace goes out. Kudo's to Comfort Works and their people! Keep up the great work!
We love having a geothermal system at our business. It runs seamlessly and very efficiently. We have used Comfortworks for maintenance from the beginning (several years now) and we are always impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. We appreciate them and would highly recommend!

WORST PURCHASE WE HAVE EVER MADE! First of all, I want to share this little tidbit of information from Comfortworks’ website, because, unfortunately, we did not learn about it until it was too late— “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for any reason you, the original purchaser, are not satisfied with your ClimateMaster Geothermal Heating & Cooling System, we will repair the problem to your satisfaction or remove the ClimateMaster products and refund the purchase price, subject to Conditions and Limitations. This guarantee will remain in effect for one year after the original installation date.” HOPEFULLY IT WILL HELP SOMEONE ELSE! Installation of our geothermal system was completed on 08.10.16 and we had our first system error on 08.13.16. Since that time, we have had issue after issue and it has never run correctly. We have had 27 documented service calls (19 of those within the first year) and countless phone calls. At first, Comfortworks was quick to come out for service calls to try to fix the various problems. As it became apparent that it was a bigger issue, they started deflecting everything to ClimateMaster and communication has been sporadic. In June 2017, we voiced our concern to Chris Ellis, Vice President Comfortworks, that we were approaching our one year anniversary. Comfortworks assured us that we were backed by a 10 year ClimateMaster warranty. (There was no mention of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that is at the bottom of one of their web pages and it is not mentioned in their quote or contract agreement). Comfortworks stated that they were working with ClimateMaster to get our unit repaired/replaced. When the representatives from ClimateMaster and Comfortworks were on-site to troubleshoot, they assured us that they would take care of the issue and get things resolved. However, once back at the office, phone calls and texts would go unanswered. Fall 2018, ClimateMaster dismissed our claims and said that they were not going to do anythi
