We had some issues with our furnace. They ended up trouble shooting the issue and they needed to replace a part. However, the new part they installed was faulty out of the box. They came out very quick to fix the issue and stood by their work without any additional fees. Austin was the technician, and you could tell that he really took pride in his work and cared about what he was doing. He takes the time to show you and explain things to you. I'll definitely be calling them again.
Tech was on time, called before they came out, and was a little early! I will definitely use them as my HVAC people.

My heater went out and I called CAH&C as they were recommended to me from a friend. They got me scheduled within 24 hours. Then had my bad motor and board replaced quicker than quoted. Price was nice too. Thanks to Austin for coming out and fixing me up.

Had them come out to look at replacing a duct. They were two hours late, and then once they came the guy looked at everything and said he would talk to his boss and get back with me. It’s been weeks now and of course he didn’t get back to me. They advertise that they offer duct replacement, but in reality if the job requires anything other than selling you a new unit, they want nothing to do with it. Sad the HVAC industry has turned into such a scam, atleast in Oklahoma City.
Called in to describe an issue I was having and Todd was able to assist me remotely identifying an incredibly simple solution to my problem! Incredibly impressed and will solely be using them moving forward!
My go to heat n air
Had them come out to check for air leaks in my house. Paid $125 for them to use the thermal gun. They told me I needed to install another air return and that they would get back to me with an estimate. This was in January. I've called them twice and still have not heard back.
This is a very good company! This is the type of company where they would send you to another company if they thought they could get the job. Very open, honest and exceptional in work ethic and quality!
These guys beat all the competitors prices, found a system I wanted that don't normally carry, and worked very hard to put a system in a difficult small space. I will ask for help from them again. Good Job Comfort Incorporated.
Called needing welding supplys they were great and went out of there way to help me at no cost i would recommend them as my first choice i have delt with most of the okc contractors and by far this place blows the rest away in custemer service and to be genuine in caring to be human, some thing often forgoten by most these days.

Can't say enough about Comfort Incorporated really care about the customers very professional excellent service and very community orientated I highly recommend Comfort Incorporated above all others never ever received the type of service that I received from this company in the future if I have any Heating and Air problems I don't have to think about who I'm going to call Comfort Inn Corporation it's all I need to know.
My husband and I have used Comfort Inc. for a few years now & they continue to be helpful as ever. We've been a part of their yearly maintenance program for about 4 years & have really enjoyed the benefits it has offered. While it's only been twice that we've needed to call on them for a service call, each time they come out that same day! Over the weekend our unit had quit working, Monday we discovered the compressor had fried (possibly during a recent lightening storm); luckily the system was still under warranty! The staff at Comfort Inc handled everything with the warranty company and by noon on Wednesday we had a brand new AC unit outside & a cool home. The staff, both service technicians & office, are always friendly. One of the managers, Todd, is always super personable and easy to work! If you're thinking about joining a maintenance program or are currently having central heat & air issues, I recommend giving these guys a call.
