Kevin came out to perform the periodic maintenance on our HVAC system. Kevin was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeff also came out to help answer questions I had about programming my Honeywell Smart thermostat. The 20% rule applies here in setting up this smart, dual thermostat, and I am definitely not 20% smarter than it is. Kevin and Jeff also helped crack the code on a vibration we've had in our system for a very long time. This vibration only occurs during the Summer months when the A/C is running, and only occurs occasionally. We've had trouble diagnosing the problem since it has never vibrated when a HVAC technician is here. By the way, this system was not installed by Waggoner's, or we probably wouldn't have had this problem. Fortunately, the vibration happened to replicate itself this time, while Jeff was looking at the thermostat. He was quick to figure out that the company that installed the system, failed to put risers under the unit in the attic. They recommended that we have the risers put in, and said we could do it ourselves, or schedule something with Waggoner's. In closing, I have used Waggoner's for some time now, and have always been very pleased with their service, and their technicians. Definitely a five star+ company, in my opinion!!

The guys showed up at what time they said they would be here, had the old system out, and the new one installed very quickly, very friendly and professional.
Had a issue with AC not cooling. It took 3 different Waggoners techs over multiple weeks to fix issue. AC is not working again roughly 1.5 years later. I called a different vendor since I have had previous issues of poor quality from Waggoners. 2nd vendor reported fittings were not tight and this was the cause for the AC having a 7psi reading and no Freon in it. Waggoners would not make it right saying I should have had them out to do a tune up (IE. for them to catch/fix their own mistake). Advised all our managers we will not be using Waggoners going forward on any of our properties.
They replaced my ac. Did a awesome job and a great price. Super friendly and quick to return phone calls.

Waggoners Heat & Air did a great job replacing our old HVAC system and duct work. They were professional and did a good job cleaning afterward.

When our air condition unit went out during the night on a Tuesday, I called Waggoner’s the next morning. The young man who came out to try to repair our unit (installed in 1995) told us the fan had burned out and the coolant that unit used was no longer being made, so rather than getting expensive repairs we should probably get a new unit. We agreed. He told us he would ask their sales rep. to come over and show us some options. The Sales rep. came over the next day, showed us some different models, and asked us what we needed. We told him the AC we had was struggling to keep the upstairs cool, so he showed us a Trane unit that had more power. Instead of trying to upsell us a more expensive product, he asked, “Are you sure you want to do that, because it’ll be more expensive?” We had to convince him that we wanted the bigger unit! Waggoner’s sent a four man crew over the next day (2 worked outside and 2 worked in our attic). They did a great job, the install went smoothly, and they were careful about the cleanup inside and out. We love our new AC unit and it works SO much better than the old one did. I highly recommend Waggoner’s for heat & air needs! They are reliable, honest, highly skilled, and their prices are reasonable. We’ll probably need to replace our downstairs unit next year (the coolant both units used has been banned, so it will be hard to find and expensive). I’ll definitely want Waggoner’s to do that job for us. They are a company you can trust!

I got quotes from 8 different HVAC companies to replace my 16 year old AC that went out. This company was the most professional, they were on time and polite when replacing my entire unit. They also cut in a new return. They were by far the best price and had the 10 year labor warranty for around $1000 on the 14 seer (lowest seer available) whereas every other company wouldn't offer any extended labor warranty on that seer level. They also cleared out my condensation pipes because they were clogged. In total I paid around $12,000 for all new AC/heating. I highly reccomend them.

Very helpful service 👏 he installed new filters, took good care in cleaning and checking a/c unit, took the time to explain what he did, and answered several questions I had about my a/c unit. He also told me that Waggoners offers air duct cleaning, which I'll do at a later date. Looking at the report, his name was Jeremiah Jones.
Joe Brown was on time and very Professional. He did the maintenance and found an issue. Then in a couple of hours a repairman by the name of Jeff was there and repaired the problem. They were both wonderful. I highly recommend Waggoners.
Great service! Air went out on a Sunday and they still were able to get someone to my house within a few hours. Tech find stuff wrong with our unit that should have been fixed by a prior company. Fixed all previous problems for a very responsible price! Definitely recommend!

Waggoner’s has taken care of us since we first purchase our heat and air system a few years back. We just had to have some repair work done this past weekend and they were prompt and professional kind and respectful. They stand behind their products and they stand behind their work.
