They came on time, but that is the only thing that went right. After 3 hours and $300 of cost, we ended up asking this company to leave our house. Did not feel comfortable trusting my family's safety on these guys after what we observed. We will not ever use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.
Best from start to finish. Very gracious and kind to help and answer questions along the way. Installation of new Hot Water Heater, installed new HVAC system - replacing original heater (35 - 40 + years old), a/c unit (apx 25 yrs), hot water tank (10+ yrs) - Suntech updated all systems! Thank you all!!!
They do excellent work! They came out the very same day we called them to have our unit looked at. We ended up getting a new unit (ours were 22 years old) that was installed the very next day. They were also very prompt with answering any questions I had for them. Great company, sales, installers, and all around. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Suntech!!

Dealing with Suntech has been a truly positive experience from Tony doing maintenance, the Project Manager, Dustin, going over my options and Tyler and Caleb installing my system. Each person gave incredible customer service and I felt valued as a customer. Having moved to OKC recently, means finding companies I can trust ....I've found my heat/air/plumbing place. Tony, Dustin, Caleb and Tyler were all comfortable to deal with and have in my home. Thank you so much for the great service.
Same day a tech came out to look out our old furnace that we knew needed to be replaced gave us accurate info about what was wrong promptly got us a quote for a new install then within a few days new furnace was in.
These guys are the real thing. Called and they came out but my units were old and outdated. No reason to spend money on parts. Was easier to replace the units. My HVAC that was not working was replaced. Gave me a great deal, No pressure they gave options and installed both heat and air unit. Installation was done in four and a half hours. The service and installation was excellent and the technicians were the best. They assigned me a supervisor Dustin that handled everything. Thanx Guys!!!
I received a phone call from Oklahoma Natural Gas that my usage had almost doubled without any apparent reason. I called Suntech Heat & Air to come make sure it wasn’t a problem with my HVAC system. They had a technician at my house within an hour. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I also hired Suntech to replace my aging HVAC system. The prices were great. The crew was professional and all wore masks while at my house. I highly recommend!
Suntech came out on very quick notice for what was supposed to be a routine HVAC maintenance which turned into our furnace having to be replaced entirely. They did all the repairs quickly and efficiently. Even the owner came out to make sure the work was being properly assessed. They even offered what they could in terms of financing, rebates, etc. knowing the unexpected and hefty charge. Great company and would use them again in a heartbeat. Kressy and Dustin in particular were fantastic throughout the whole service. Thank you, Suntech!
I called sun tech at 9am and they had a technician out that evening to inspect our system. They quickly were able to identify the issue. We opted to have the system replaced. We were presented a variety of options. Dustin was very knowledgeable and honest! He helped us picked the system that was the most cost effective and best for us. They had a crew out the following morning for installation! Quick and easy. Very friendly crew and the system was installed within a few hours. Awesome experience, highly recommend.
Waited from 10-6 for a tech. No calls, no tech. Original appointment was supposed to be between 10-2. I call to see where tech is and was told they’re running behind. Reschedule for the following day. Same situation, no tech and no calls. Terrible communication. Finally called and cancelled service.
We had an excellent experience with SunTech Heat and Air. We were referred to them for plumbing services through our neighborhood website. We didn’t even know they did plumbing! They were able to get to us very quickly and their guys were very timely and professional. Great service all around! We would highly recommend SunTech Heat and Air.
I was having issues with my air conditioner. I contacted Suntech and they were able to schedule a service call very quickly. The service tech came out to the house and was very polite and professional. The issue was resolved and we have not had any other issues. I would recommend Suntech for any heat and air needs.

Our AC went out in the middle of the summer last year. Suntech came out very quickly and replaced our unit at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the HVAC business. We would definitely recommend their business!
I really don't know where to begin in my praise for this company. We've used Suntech for years for our geothermal and they are always prompt, professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond in some emergency situations. Not only did they service us right away but they even provided portable A/Cs for us while they worked on the problem or waited for parts. Thank you Suntech for your great service!
Our air conditioning went out in the summertime on a Saturday night. I called first thing Sunday morning and immediately was able to talk to a person. The tech came out very shortly after and resolved our a/c issue. It was a great experience and I was so impressed with the customer service!!
Love the folks at Suntech! They listened to our concerns & laid out different plans for us to choose from, giving us the pros & cons of each. They were able to quickly schedule, take away our old equipment, install the new & cleaned up after themselves. I like that the installing crew members were considerate of our home.
