Best AC service company in the world. No kidding. Have had my system since 2015. Called them twice. Inconvenient times for them both times, but they responded immediately and fixed my system. Our AC quit blowing cold air yesterday afternoon. I am 7 months pregnant so it was a miserable night. I called first thing this morning and this morning and in just over 2 hours, Nathan was here to take care of the problem (faulty run capacitor). He even called to let me know he was on the way, which is always a safety plus! I definitely recommend Performance HVAC for their service and their friendly professionalism!
We have called Performance twice in the last year with heat pump issues. Both times they arrived quickly and diagnosed the problems quickly. There wasn't any overselling. Just straightforward good service with fair prices. Thank you!
New build in Bethel Acres - Kevin and his crew have been great to work with, we were recommended to Kevin by our electrician and were glad we went with him so far! We are at rough in complete as of today 28 May 2019. His crew worked hard and made things right when needed. I look forward to his crew coming back out to do final when we are ready to see how good the systems work in our new house. I have attached a picture of the very cool hanging ductwork that his crew suggested for our tall ceilings.
Sent an repairman within hours, he solved the problem in a short time, and charged a very reasonable amount. These guys are lifesavers!
