Ryan was great! He was extremely patient with me. Answered all my questions and took his time. Plus he came out on Sunday, due to an emergency with the unit.
Elijah arrived quickly, and fixed the plumbing mess I had. I appreciate his work, and the time he spent getting this job done. This was on a weekend! So glad this company offers this service!

Norman Air installed a completely new heat and air system for us. We were very pleased with our experience with them. They went above and beyond in all aspects for us. AC went out late at night. Didn’t have a “guy” to call. Happened to call Norman Air and left a message to call me. Called me at 8:00 am next morning and had cool air by 9:00 am. It was a part and Efren (sp) was Great. I ended up with annual maintenance Plan. Efren was the difference.
Jeremiah and team are always, always, professional, friendly and approachable. No matter what the work involves, they provide important information upfront, work carefully and respectfully on the property. We have had several reasons for them to come out and every single time the service is excellent. The communication is great! The cost is fair, but if you're going to have to have the work done, these guys are going to do their best to make it worth every penny. They are knowledgeable and know what they're doing. We had a plumbing issue related to water supply line break into the house. Elijah of Norman Air was flatout exceptional --- hardest work I've seen done by a plumber, especially considering the heat. He hand dug a 4x4x4 foot hole, solid mud, to get to the leak and repair it. We can not say enough how pleased we were with his service and work. Especially considering a plumber on Thursday was not willing to explore that possibility, and told us to call "the sprinkler guy". Heartily recommend Elijah and Norman Air!
Both of your technicians, Dalton and Keith, were very professional and honest with us and we greatly appreciated that during our hot water tank emergency. Technician showed on time and was very knowledgeable and respectful. The fully stocked truck meant he had everything needed to repair the unit.
Dalton did a great job. He took extra care to map out out complicated plumbing (due to old add ons) so that we really got to the problem. Appreciate his hard work.
Norman Air came through in a clutch. 105 outside and came and installed a new unit. Rick and Devin were professionals and did not complain or have bad attitudes. They did a great job and very polite for working in that heatwave. Can't thank them enough for getting our house a lot more comfortable!!! Thank you Devin and Rick, many thanks.
Just discovered the plumbers didn't properly seal the toilet with caulk. The entire rear side of the toilet literally had nothing on it, as well as many clear holes in the rest of the lining. I'm ashamed to admit how long we actually suffered that horrible smell, but what can I say, we trusted the work they'd done. That and it was intermittent, hard to pin down to an extra bad movement or shoddy work. Not to mention these same two plumbers had to come back three times to fix other minor issues. Part of the reason I trusted their work, surely they don't look at this thing four times in total including the initial visit and NOT seal it properly. Two stars for at least getting the seal fixed, eventually.
Taylor and Rocky were wonderful to work with. My AC went out and they were here right at the promised time. They were polite, helpful in answering all of my questions, and provided me multiple options for the fix. Great people providing great service!
Ryan visited East Norman Dental and examined our a/c system. He was timely, skilled, and courteous. He was swift and effective.
Dalton came to our home to do a full plumbing inspection that was included in our HVAC purchase. He was very helpful in explaining each component and things to look out for as they start to wear over time.
Lightning struck our home and we needed help with AC, Waterheater, and an Electrician. Norman Air was able to provide a friendly and professional specialist to help with all of our needs. Thank you to Randall, Keith, Bo, and Trish for helping us get back to normal.

Just had a new hvac system installed by Norman Air. I was very pleased with my installers, Alex & Princeton. The guys worked diligently in the extreme heat. They were polite, efficient, and very professional. I have had great luck with American Standard in the past - I'm sure this will be a similar experience.
