I would highly recommend Emerald Heat & Air. Bobby came out in 100 degree heat after our AC stopped working. He was experienced, knowledgable and willing to explain not only the repair work, but how our system was set up. We'll be using them for future service and repair!

Called Emerald Heat & Air Friday afternoon when the fan stopped working. They added us to their already full schedule and came out after 5:00. They had the air conditioner fixed by 6:00 so we could enjoy our weekend. Very happy with this company. We have used tbem for several service calls!
Emerald has come to my rescue once again! They always arrive quickly, are professional, and take care of the issue without charging me for things I don't need. Emerald Heat & Air was wonderful to work with! HVAC companies are so busy during these hot summer months but Emerald was fast, efficient, and fixed our issue to get our AC up and running in less than 2 hours from the time I called them! Highly recommend using Emerald Heat & Air. Also, I didn't realize I had a warranty on my unit and they did all the leg work for me when they weren't the ones who even installed it which saved me a ton of money on a new part! Emerald does a great job for HVAC maintenance and when there are issues. Everyone has been wonderful and attentive when I needed help. They are also fantastic to not judge when I do something stupid requiring service.
