My ac stopped cooling and Mike came out the next day and fixed the problem. We have rental properties and Elite Air is our choice. Their work is the best!
Elite was very responsive and at my house within a couple hours. He's a great troubleshooter and very good at his job. Mike is a super great guy and knows his stuff! I would recommend him to anyone I know!
Mike and Kynzee do our service and repairs and have replaced a system for my daughters home. They go out of the way to accommodate everyone and are very kind, honest, and friendly. Mike will do everything possible to repair your unit instead of trying to upsell you on a whole home replacement. Made an appointment online when my 26 year old unit failed to cool. Mike was on time, very informative, and in the end recommended replacement. Scheduled a time to replace the unit and again was very clear and communicative throughout the entire process. His attention to detail is unmatched and he really takes pride in his work. Left a couple voicemails and text messages and no response. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you after your purchase. Just a simple response could have fix this but had to call another hvac company and they got me going in one call. To late now.

Mike and his team did a great job. They were very conscientious and the quality of their work was excellent. His knowledge of the equipment and his recommendations were very helpful in our decision to use Elite to replace our old HVAC system. When we had questions regarding the process, he always got back with us in a timely manner and clearly communicated with us throughout the process as well. We have been very pleased with Elite and enthusiastically recommend them.
The first cold snap and our furnace wouldn’t work. We had used Elite Air Heating and Air Conditioning last year. I called and Mike Phillips returned my call almost immediately. He checked our furnace and determined there was not an issue with it, but with the thermostat, and in just a minute with an adjustment or two, he had everything working again. I had expected a major repair was necessary but that was not the case. He is everything you want in an HVAC technician; knowledgeable, experienced, and honest!! I will call him every time!
