Exceptional and timely response and very professional quality staff, service, and fix of stopped up condensate drain. Added a pop off fitting to be able to unclog the drain pipe attached to the A/C unit. Pleasant experience.

I can't safe enough good things about this company!!! They came out today even though I have never used them before, but the current AC service company we use and have used for 3 years didn't seem to care that our AC wasn't working. Everyone I spoke with from this company was so so nice and Brandon who came out and did the work was absolutely amazing!! He did a thorough job of finding out what the problem was and explained everything in detail and even showed me pictures and video! We will be switching our yearly maintenance to this company and using them from now on! Thank you so so much! Highly highly recommend them!

They also were very quick to get the new system installed and to answer their phone when I had any questions. A-1 company!!!

Had been having some issues with our AC. Left a message through their website requesting a service call, but letting them know it wasn't an emergency. Got a call from them a short time later letting me know they could get someone out later that day. Korey came out and helped diagnose the issue. He was friendly and professional. I have only dealt with a handful of heating in air companies in the past, but Arthur's will be my first choice and recommendation going forward. I've had them out handle some issues a couple of times since the aforementioned time and each time they've been knowledge and treated me well. I'll continue to use and recommend them.

Quality technical personal who explained the process to me and then got right to work. He diagnosed air conditioner fan control programing .Set up correct input to control board. Working good. I recommend Arthur's heating and air service.
