A buddy of mine recommended this company to me after a pipe burst in my basement. They were able to give me all the information I needed, including the number to call to have my water shut off, and they even helped me through the process step by step.
Connor is nice and explains well. He works quick and does a superb job. Would hire him back anytime or recommend him to anyone. The scheduling process was smooth and easy. Quality has its price, they’re not cheap.
Sam was and kept me informed of what he was doing and was very professional and polite towards me and my pets! I’d love for him to be my regular work guy! Very good down to earth person. A+
Jeremie and Xavier were on time for the installation appointment, professional and kept the job area clean and neat. Best of all, they did a terrifc job with the installation and we are cool and comfortable again. Appreciate these guys!
Israel was professional explaining their company and what they have to offer even after the installation. He explained to me what would be done differently vs the 22 yr old system I have. He was open and listened to my needs. He worked on the best deal that met my budget. I appreciate that.

Josh and Fabian went above and beyond to work my hot water heaters. Some unexpected things arose during some task and they stayed late, and came early the next day to finish the job. They were both knowledgable and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a excellent experience with installation team. Johnathan showed up early, and was considerate to make sure he did not disturbed us as it was an early morning install. Johnathan, Johnny and Enrique were informative, professional and sensitive to our needs as my wife is currently going thru chemotherapy. Dan went to terrifc lengths to repair my heater. After he found the problem, he tried to order parts that day so I could turn it on that night. He worked on the order for hours and found that the manufacturer had just began a new policy: no shipments after dark. It was already 7pm on a Friday night, 4 hours after his first arrival. Dan starts at 7am the next morning, Saturday. However, on his way to my house, his truck broke down. With the service of the company, he switched to using his spare truck to repair the heating in my house. On top of that, he spent another hour determining the root cause of the problem. He did a great job. I am grateful for Dan's knowledge, service skills and dedication to customer service.
I contacted Monday morning after more rain when I found that the French drain by our basement side door was backed up and water was seeking into our basement. They scheduled an appointment, arrived and cleared it up that afternoon!
We were delighted with the repairman Spencer who came today for our regular HVAC check/service. He looked over and explained what he saw. He said that we could fix the motors but it would be more cost effective to replace our unit. Eventhough we had noticed an issue, it wasn't easy to hear the news. Spencer was knowledgeable clear and professional!
Sewer was overflowing onto the street due to unusual situation with our connection sharing an apartment building. Theodore arrived out and checked all openings, got to job to determine the blockage and was not satisfied until the pipe was as clear as it could be given all of the drain connections due to the apartment next door. Expensive but I believe our line is clear now.
We had our utility sink replaced by Wightons Plumbing and HVAC and Willie did a superb job. Willie was knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. We will use this company again.
I submitted a request for quotes yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Luis arrived, diagnosed the complication (a broken igniter) and corrected it, all within an hour. He was professional and and wore a mask. I'm glad with the fix and very happy to have heat again!
I contacted the company late afternoon for a second opinion on what repairs my A/C unit needed and they quickly made an appointment for the next day and came as scheduled. The young man who serviced my unit was professional and courteous and provided me with detailed info. for me that was clear to understand. I would recommend Veterans Air Heating and Conditioning 100%

Kristopher did a terrifc work for me. I could not ask for better service. He came sooner than promised, got to work, listened to the information I provided about the symptoms, and then he quickly and got my unit back in operation! It was awesome to be able to get service on a Saturday morning. Kristopher was professional, personable, and pleasant. Thank you!
