Ken is awesome!!! Blew away every quote I got on a brand new system. They even installed some extras to make the hvac run better and increased air flow. I couldn't be happier with his his great work ethic and attitude. A true professional.
The outside unit in our house went out. Ken came out this last Saturday the 1st and determined we needed a new unit. He was back this morning(the third) to install the new unit. He went above and beyond in the install making sure all the lines were cleaned out and not going to have any issues. Once the new unit was up and running he made sure to check all the inside vents were blowing cold air. He even came back later in the day to see how the system was doing. Ken is very professional and takes pride in doing everything right the first time. I will definitely be using Americare in the future for all my hvac needs.

Highly recommend. Ac was having some issues. Called late at night and was able to speak to someone and book an appointment for the next day. Ken came out next day on time and resolved my issue. Will definitely be using again in the future.
I decided to call Americare Heat & Air because they had such great reviews. They lived up to it. When I called, they were kind and patient and worked with my busy schedule to make sure an appointment could be scheduled asap. When they got here, Ken and Tanner were professional and friendly. I get really stressed and overwhelmed when it comes to house repairs and maintenance, so thank you both for making this a good and stress free experience. Americare Heat & Air will be my go to.
I have used this company for several years. They’re always quick to respond and get the job done in a timely manner. I had two other companies prior to them try to up charge me or get me to replace my entire system. Ken Derby, checked my system for a leak, replaced the outside coils and had my system blowing cold ASAP. Ken and Tanner are efficient and will get the job done right! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

All around great service. Angelo set up the service call and Frank performed the work. Both of these men were very helpful and professional. I’ve been a home owner for over 15 years and I can easily say this has to be the easiest service call I have ever been through. I knew exactly what work was being done, I knew it was going to be done properly, and I knew what I was going to pay. Frank, the technician, took the time to show and explain the issues and what needed to be fixed. The A/C system is up and running. I’d recommend this company a thousand times.
Angelo and team originally installed our new system a few years ago. Very professional and great pricing. Angelo has always been very responsive and willing to help. He recently assisted us with an issue with our AC and got the diagnosis right from my description on the phone including estimate of best and worst cases. His advice saved us a service trip. That saved us time and money. I couldn't recommend Americare more highly.

The experience was good since they came when they said they would and gave a quote right after they checked out the system. Angelo explained everything very well and gave advice for product registration and system maintenance.
I am extremely pleased with the new HVAC system installed by Angelo, Frank and team a month ago. While I was shopping for a replacement, they gave me all the information I needed to be able to compare to other companies I looked at. There were some fancier systems with more bells and whistles, but the cost was so much more for very minor improvements that it would take decades to make up the difference in cost with the system I got from Americare, which is one of the higher end ones. I just got my first electric bill using the new AC and our energy usage is down 25% averaged over the 2 prior months, and temperatures this month have been at or near 100F for many days. We could feel the difference immediately. The house cools faster, and the system does not run all the time. I am very glad we went with Angelo, Frank and team at Americare and highly recommend them.
Terrible Service and gold diggers Tried to charge me $800.00 for a Blower Motor Left all my furnace parts out on the floor and told me he wasn’t coming back to put my furnace back together. Find some better don’t waste you money
This is my second time using Americare (first time for my furnace and second time for a/c) and both times they were able to come out and repair my system very quickly. They are very knowledgeable, honest and fair with their prices. Highly recommend!!
A Norman Heat and Air company quoted us $175 (on top of their service fee) to fix a vent the roofers had knocked loose, Americare came in and did it for $10 (on top of their service fee) in 10 minutes. The Norman Heat and Air comany did not even check the filters! When Americare showed up they pulled the filters and flushed the condenser lines. Great deal from people that our passionate about your home service.
