Randall's has made a lifetime customer with us. We needed dual units completely replaced (furnaces and exterior units). They came in with a more reasonable bid than others, flexible finance options, and they were extremely professional. They even asked to borrow one of our ladders (instead of just doing it), and they returned it to exactly where it was when done. Much thanks to Trey, Brad, Jerry, Sam, and Kevin for the hard work and excellent customer service!!
Our heat went out on Christmas Day and we called Randall’s to see if there was any way they could come out. The technician came within 10-15 minutes of our call and stayed a few hours to get us up and running. The Technicians name was Brandon and I sure hope he got compensated for missing time with his family on Christmas Day. We are so grateful for his quick turnaround and fixing our heat on this cold day!
Our AC went out twice this summer, one time the motor and second the compressor. They came out and took care of us the same day. Very much appreciated in this hot Oklahoma weather.
They have always treated me right. Their service is quick and fair. I would recommend.
Attended my blown out AC unit same day and had it replaced the following Monday. This company is amazing. They even let us borrow some window units until they replaced the AC unit. 10/10 on every category. I will be recommending this company and using them if needed again. Thanks Randall's!
I needed to get my home central air replaced, and I tried to have Randalls do it, however they would not call me back to set up the inspection, so I ended up using a different company to replace the system in my home. It’s so annoying when a company won’t even call you after talking with someone who said they would call me back to set it up.
I called around 12:45 about my heater problems. The lady took my name and number down so a tech could call back. Literally 15 minutes and I received a phone call. Kevin was 10-15 minutes from my house. Easy fix and very professional. Will definitely be using Randall’s again and requesting Kevin. Thank you!!
I love Randall’s. Their customer service is amazing. I had Eric as our Technician and I can’t say enough kind things about him. He took time to explain every single thing he was doing and went above and beyond to help me understand why our AC needed to be repaired, etc. He checked and rechecked his work several times to make sure everything was working properly. Grateful that our builder works with such a good company so we can continue using them!

We’re on Randall’s annual maintenance service and rest assured that they’ve checked all the boxes twice a year! Treavor was out today getting us ready for the summer; Prompt, professional, incredibly respectful of the property, and knowledgeable about his work. Very impressed with this group!
I had to have my AC fixed and Randall's sent out Kenny. Very professional, very polite and I never thought he was trying to rip me off. I really enjoyed my experience with Randall's because of him. Will be using their services again.
Kenny with Randall's Temperature control is awesome. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I let him know that one side of the house was heating more than the other and he immediately went to work. He figure out the issue in 15 mins, came up with a solution, and fixed it. I recommend them to anyone looking for heat and air.
My review is a little different than most reviews because I want to share what happened to me and how a team member of Randall’s saved the day. I had lost my debit card and had the bank temporarily turn it off. Once I found it, I had them turn it back on (or so I thought). Unbeknownst to me, my card was still not turned on. New Year’s Eve, I stopped at Braum’s in Moore to purchase last minute groceries. When I went to pay with my card, it kept declining. I was so embarrassed and so rattled. I was holding up the line and had to run out to my car to look for any cash I had. When I returned, I was still trying to get my card reinstated. A wonderful man wearing a Randall’s jacket said, “you don’t need this hassle on NYE, I can see you’re trying to get home and make some stuff. Happy New Year!” He actually paid for my groceries. I stood there with tears in my eyes trying to choke out a thank you. I just couldn’t believe what just happened. As I waved at him driving off in a Randall’s work truck, I immediately thought to myself, if that’s the type of employee they have at Randall’s, that’s the type of company I can trust. I wrote the company a thank you and found out the generous man was actually Frank Randall, the owner! That speaks volumes to me of how he would run his company. Honesty, integrity, and generosity goes a long way with me in today’s crazy world. I will definitely use Randall’s as my HVAC company now. Again, thank you, Mr. Randall. They did an EXCELLENT job on our new home in Norman!! Even the inspectors of Norman (who are a nightmare) said it was a super job!
Talked to Joanne Monday morning and she had someone come out eary in the afternoon. The technician did a great job inspecting the unit and put my mind at ease. Our unit was having a hard time cooling, but it was due to the outside temperature. Very thankful the technician was honest and didn’t not try to up sell me on service I didn’t need. The things you learn when purchasing a new house!
They did a wonderful job. They were very professional and were very patient with my little dogs. They were very careful not to track anything in my house. They covered my carpet and tile with tarps and even wore shoe covers. They cleaned up and even sweep my drive way. When they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. Except for one thing my house was cooler. The were very reasonable and exceptional service.
I called about a broken A/C at 7am and had someone working on it by 9am. The blower had a manufacturer defect and even though I was a week past the expiration of my warranty, they covered the labor for me as well as the part. I highly recommend their service.
Excellent experience with Randall's! They were able to have a tech out within an hour of my initial call. Eric took the time to explain the issue our A/C unit was having, explained our options, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Absolute professional! By far the best experience I have ever had with any A/C company. When it's time to upgrade my A/C system I will be using Randall's because of the quality of service and Eric's absolute professionalism! Thanks for the help Eric!
