I am thoroughly pleased with the outstanding service and quality professional work performed by ES Heat and Air. I was treated with friendly, professional and customer oriented care by Shawn. Shawn took the time to answer all my questions, he maintained constant contact throughout the process, and offered the best course of action the worked for me. Shawn earned my trust and it was well placed. He represented ES in an outstanding manner and is well desrving of a 5 star rating. I am highly satisfied with the recommended replacement unit and the etechnicians, Adrian and J who installed it. They were on time and completed the installation in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend ES Heat and Air!
This company was assigned the job through American home shield about 2 weeks ago. They came out took the unit apart but didnt repair anything. The guy with es said itd take 24 hrs for ahs to receive his report. It took 4 days for ahs to receive their report. The guy told me I had a leak in the unit in a spot where it the whole unit needs to be replaced. He told ahs that we were missing parts but all worked before they showed up except that the unit wasnt blowing cold air. The unit was just out of freon due to the leak "stated by the contractor with This Company". Now I am having to have a 2nd opinion on everything I needed worked on. This company isnt any good. Mark Perez review below almost matches my experience with this company 👎 this new note is as of 6/12 I called the home warranty last Thursday, they put a request for this company to come back out and put my ac back together since they left with out putting it back together since they were "coming back out so it made sense to leave it apart" the company denied my warrantys request, they never answer our phone calls to even speak about why they have caused any of these problems. If u do not want the job just say that, but dont cause peoples problems or add on to peoples problems. If I can give negative stars i definitely would because they have caused no help only problems
Came in to fix the AC. They came in a timely manner and fixed the issue quickly. Then Dustin inspected everything to make sure there were no other issues. Great service!
This is our second time using this company for our ac needs. They are super responsive, very professional and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would call them again

This company is great! We called them out to fix the heater and they were out very quickly. The technician looked at my unit and within 3 minutes knew what it was. Had to order the part so I had to wait a few days but that was expected due to it being a Friday. They called this morning (4-3-23) to come out and put in the new part. 10 or 15 minutes and boom back in business. These guys did us great and I truly have no complaints, and that's rare in the heart and air business because it seems that we as home owners have to really stand gaurd because someone is always trying to stick it to ya. These guys didnt.

This company was assigned my repair by my home warranty. They scheduled the appointment for Friday on Monday. They haven't shown up or called and it is now 2 hours past my latest appointment window they set between 11am-3pm. No one answered the technician phone provided and no one answered their office phone number either. I have left messages and have not received a call back.
Expert Shawn knew exactly what to look for, got it done, checked everything out, and was so nice to explain what the problem was, if I need service in the future, I hope they send Shawn again, customer for life!
Quick response, explained the problem and had my AC on the next day by replacing my fan motor. Highly recommend.

This company was assigned to me for a home warranty repair. I honestly didn’t expect much as my warranty company often assigns jobs to poorly-rated businesses. But this company was super professional. I wish I could remember the tech’s name, but he did a fantastic job. Highly recommended! Edit: His name was Shawn. Great guy!

I had them come check out my unit because it didn’t seem to be cooling properly. The technician was very professional and kind. He even helped out my Grandma when she asked for him to take a look at something! He called before he came and gave me an honest answer and solutions to help. I would recommend them for sure!
