I had a new system installed about two years ago adn it was running a lot due to low cooling capability. I asked s tech to check it, e d=said it was fine. I had storm damage to a roof vent for my furnace so I had another tech come in and address the damaged vent. WHen he heard our story about the new unit, he thoroughly checked the system and discovered it was never fully charged. He fixed it at no extra cost and even installed filter cover that was too high to reach, for which I had the part already from a hardware store. The vent was difficult to get to, but he managed and charged only a diagnostic fee and the part's cost

Zac called before arriving at my home and was very polite and visited with my dog while asking about the problem I was having. He was extremely calm even with severe weather alerts blaring on every form of communication. He was worried about his family as they only moved to Oklahoma 2 weeks ago. He explained the problem with my old unit and cleaned the outside unit and wrote a proposal for a new unit which I am considering. What an asset to this company.

My less than 2 year old new AC unit had build up in the drain line and was low on refrigerant that caused a considerable difference in the temp in my home. I paid the service fee plus the cost to drain the line which was $270 and it made NO difference in cooling my house. I am not satisfied because I shouldn't be paying out of pocket to make repairs or add refrigerant to a brand new unit. When talking to the repairman and the representative on the phone about my concerns, both of their responses felt dismissive. There was no real explanation on why these repairs are already necessary just more talk about costs that I would be responsible for to find out if a warranty claim was required.

NEW UPDATE: DUE TO THE EXPERIENCE MY HUSBAND ENROLLED IN HVAC CLASSES. AND GUESS WHAT. THEY DID THE INSTALL WRONG. Thank you PAIGE and your terrible staff MY HUSBAND can do all the work you can but for free. And hopefully one day we will own our own business and we can provide your customers with quality service you lack. UPDATE: WE HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH OUR SYSTEM THAT WE BOUGHT JUST TWO YEARS AGO. AND WE HAVE GONE SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT AIR IN IVER 100 DEGREE TEMPS AND HEAT IN FREEZING MONTHS. WE HAVE SPENT MORE ON SERVICE CALLS AND FREON THAN WE DID IN THE EIGHT YEARS WE OWNED OUR HOME WITH OUR OLD SYSTEM. I DEFINATELY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. We received excellent service from Austin. We were without air due to our ac went out. Climatech was able to send someone immediately. Austin was very professional and we got air the next day as we had to replace the system.
