Caleb was truly amazing and informative when he came out to help diagnose my a/c issues.
Amazing service! ⭐️ They were able to schedule us an appointment and sent us an amazing technician. Codie did an amazing job. He talked to us about what the problem was and helped us fix it. It started raining and he didn’t stop until the job was complete. We truly appreciate his patience and time. I would 100% recommend this company. This will be my go to place from now on 🙌🏽 Keep up the great work 👏🏽
This Company seems to respond quickly, rain or shine. They are unbelievably informative and friendly. They won't charge you for unnecessary services or products. Their optional service plan is also a good value. I will use this Company exclusively.

My plumber, Brian Haynes was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He had a new water heater delivered and installed on a Sunday morning within 3 short hours.
My biggest complaint is that they are so big that they have to schedule things weeks out for regular maintenance, and the time frame they give you for the date is 8am-5pm, which is hard if you work during the day. They are always professional and have good communication via text and email.
Gene came out and took care of the AC unit drainage issue so the installers could finish my new AC install. Top-Notch service all around. 100% recommend
Rickey Hunter came to my house and worked on my A/C unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me an understanding on what was going on and promptly replaced the part needed. He is very professional and informative I would Highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions and specifically Rickey for all of his help!
Had my AC unit stop working overnight and booked a first available service for that morning. Kirk arrived much quicker than I expected and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Very appreciative!

Shawn gave me 5 options when I needed to replace the blower motor and control board on my 11 year old furnace. Once I made my choice, JT installed a brand new Trane in my attic and had my AC blowing super cold within 2 hours! Great job! I now have my “go to” company for all my heat and air needs!
Devin went above and beyond to explain everything and even took tine to cleaHe should h down on my order and called customer service and drop shipped tomorrow 2 air filters since the last 2 prior 2 ac tune ups i think Devin is Hard worker and problem solver. he treated me with respect and honesty

They sent me a phone call AND a text which I missed as I was away from my cell phone briefly. When I saw that I'd missed a call, I assumed it was the tech telling me that he was on his way. The text at 2pm said he was on his way. I did not respond to the missed call since I had the text from them. Waited over 2 hours with my dogs locked up and secured. He never came, never came. I called them and was told that he had canceled my service because I was "non responsive". Why would I have called him back after he texted me that he was on his way??? I'll use someone else.....that was not proper treatment of a possible client.
Christopher was the service tech sent out. Very friendly, very professional. He explained everything in detail and asked if we had any questions about the service performed. Great job, certainly pleased with the service he provided.
