Did a good job getting my older air conditioner going when after paying for 2 other places to come look at it, they were trying to sell me a whole new unit. Needed a new fan motor and something else, I really appreciate their honesty and will be glad to call them back if I need them and recommend them highly.

As always, the tech is on time and does a great job with the maintenance and communicating to me what was done.
Karl was excellent! He took the time to explain things in a way we could understand. Our geothermal system seems to be on its last leg but Karl is doing all he can to keep it functioning properly as long as possible! Thank you!

Couldn't help with my ac because it was a rent house.
Karl,with A-Better Heat and Air, just came to our house. He had to climb up to the very top of our attic on a awful ladder. He was extremely nice and professional. I'm sure it was so hot but he did not complain. He took care of our problem in less than ten minutes. Also, he actually came on the day and time he was scheduled which is so uncommon in today's time. I definitely will use this company again when I need air conditioning or heating services. Very pleased.
Had them come out today to clean AC units, routine service. I wasnt home so wasnt able to see the service till I got back (family member let them in and out). But.... the AC unit was barely cleaned. Looks like they tried to clean it without removing the sides, maybe just spraying through the vent slots, and basically missed most of the back side. Called and have not got a response yet. Will update if they make it right, but otherwise, expect subpar service if you are not watching them. See photos, notice the debris on the outside of the side wall, going in the direction they tried to spray it. Other picture is looking up through the vents. UPDATE: Young man came back out, did a great job, was friendly and wanted to make it right. Appreciate the follow up. Unit shines now.
Very pleased with the service guys that installed our new Carrier AC/Heat system. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and left the place cleaner than what it was before they started. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you - Kelly, Tyler, Jake, James, and Mark! We appreciate you guys!!

Replaced the fan in the condenser unit. Was on time, courteous, knew what he was doing, and made sure to explain to me what he was doing.

Karl was right on time after the call telling me he was on his way. Karl showed me my hot surface ignitor was indeed faulty and explained that replacing that and cleaning the flame sensor was what he wanted permission to do. Few minutes later he's done and my heater is back on. Discussed briefly what I should expect in cost for replacing my HVAC in the future as well. Very nice guy.
A Better Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing!! My furnace pilot wasn't lighting and they were able to come out within a few hours of calling. Karl was also great and thorough....he talked me through the issue, what caused the issue, how to fix and prevent future issues. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
A-Better Heat and Air replaced our heat and air system completely with Carrier Infinity System. All the employees were very polite and knowledgeable. It was a great experience, would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC replacement or service. Family owned and operated company that provides quality customer service.
