Greg Russell and Son came out to my house 2 days before Christmas. I called them after calling a larger big name company who couldn’t come out for a week. They were out a little after I called. Then called me on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Russell Heating and Air to everyone. Super nice guys that came out in sub-freezing weather to help with my problem. Thanks so much guys.

We have had them install a new furnace and move it into the attic. They also installed a new A/C unit with ducting and new vent covers. They have a fantastic warranty and Greg is always super responsive and keeps his word! Such a wonderful family owned and run business. Great prices with great reliable service. Highly recommend
The air conditioning went out in my veterinary hospital so I called Russell's Heat and Air. They came out right away and gave me the bad news that my compressor was shot. They then promptly went and brought a new unit back. They had it installed within an hour after coming back. I didn't have to make arrangements to take all the animals home as this was on a Saturday. They are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for home and business needs. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Joe & Brian are one of the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous service crew I have dealt with. Same day response to failed HVAC system. Woke up in the middle of the night to a hot house. Called Russell’s heating and air, first thing in the morning, within a few hours they arrived with the part and had the a/c up and running. Very efficient and great service from a family owned business.
These guys are like family they have replace two of my systems they work well with my to toddler boys always in the way and trying to help. And they never seem bothered by the dogs barking every time the door opened or my thousand questions.

Excellent service. Trustworthy. Always comes to our house as soon as they can and resolves the issues quickly.
