Absolutely terrible company! Highly recommend you go literally anywhere else. Overcharged by thousands!!! When questioned they became rude and threatened me. BEWARE!!!
Came out to our business several times and the problem was never fixed. The unit kept freezing up and when we asked what could be causing this, we were told that we needed the coils cleaned for $900 on top of the $1500 we had already spend with no resolution. When we explained that that seemed very high, the gentlemen scrubbed them with a wire brush and said it was fixed.Unit was not repaired and we had to go with another company. We then noticed we were charged twice.. an amount that equaled more than $3,000 and when we called they said that was false and we still owed another $500. They threatened to put a lien on our business if we didn't give another $500 to them immediately. We sent bank statements showing that we were charged twice and the again they threatened us. Please do NOT use this company, read the other reviews
I had an appointment with them to do an estimate today... They didn't show up, they didn't call.
Beware, these people charge $100 an hour (seriously) for a service call whether they can fix it or not. And really could careless, whether it is worth it or not . If you question them on this, you will get an earful of attitude! To think these people are actually licensed by the state as a "professional", look elsewhere for service because you wont get it from them.
Grrat work honest and fair assessment
I called in asking to speak to someone about a tankless water heater. I had to call 3 times before i finally got to speak to a technician (I needed 3 minutes of his time). They scheduled an appointment for 3 days later in the AM, but did not call me to let me know what time. I called them that morning and they reassured me they would call me back to let me know what time. At 3:10 I have decided they don't need my business. I feel like the communication between the office and the employees is nearly non existent. This is a fair review of this company. I would encourage other people to find a company that is willing to #1 communicates better, and #2 do what they say they are going to do.
WSM was sent out by our home warranty company. They are very professional, diagnosed, and replaced our shower diverter. We will be contacting them in the future if we need their services again. THANK YOU!!
Good service, just not crazy on cost of inspection every 6 months to keep up the warranty
Don't buy a geothermal unit from them.
We have personally used this company on a few occasions and have learned that their prices are way too high. I have since found a new mechanical contractor that is priced fairly and does a better job.
Not even worth one star. Came out and gave an “estimate” of how much it would cost without knowing what the job would entail. Left the job half done for 5 days & would not say if, or when, they were coming back. Finally came back, filled in a hole they had dug, and demanded payment for the full “estimate” cost when they did minimum work & didn’t even know if what they did fixed the problem! Taking advantage of the elderly. Shame on you!
From my experience they will not honor their on-line coupons. Got a quote for a full install and tried to use the $500 off on-line coupon and they would not honor it. Tried to speak with owner and owner left message with office receptionist to tell me they did not want to do business with people like me. Please contact Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma if this happens to you. This could be a form of fraud under to right circumstances.
I was looking for hard wired electric heaters and Wichita Snider Mechanical was advertised above the search results. I thought they were from Wichita Falls Texas, so I didn't go in at first. After checking a few result pages, I checked their website out and found out they are from Lawton/Ft. Sill Oklahoma. Called and had a free estimate, Robby (the guy that came out) was so AWESOME and polite!! I didn't bother calling anyone else after that!! Had them out several times, (different techs) and got the work done quickly. ALL of the techs were like Robby, polite, friendly, happy, and cheerful!!! Rhonda in the office answering phone calls is GREAT to interact with as well!!! I'm NOT going to anyone else for my feature needs/work, being that Wichita Snider Mechanical has GOOD prices & craftsmanship and not just FRIENDLY people who love their job!!
Had them come out to take a look at the system. After arriving an hour late the worker seemed like he was brand new and didn't have a clue. He had to call his supervisor for help and it took an outrageous amount of time. In addition they wanted over $550 for what I came to find out was about a $300 repair. Customer service sucks and all they want to do is run up a bill on you. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Excellent service came out on a weekend promptly to get the roots out of our lines, we had company here and needed our other bathroom desperately Thank you so much for taking care of us and a very prompt and courteous manner
Wichita Snider Mechanical is the worst business I have ever dealt with. My home was built in 2011 and they put the unit that is in my house in. They refused to come out to my house after the one year warranty to look at my unit. Every summer we have had to pay to have someone come and look at our unit. Finally someone found the problem. The shrader valve was missing and cause my unit to leak. If they would have had put our unit in right the first time then it would have saved me and my husband a lot of time and money. I for one will not be using them and will not be recommending them to anyone. If giving them no stars was an option they would have any. WORST COMPANY EVER
Our AC stopped blowing cold air around noon. After an hour of trying to find the solution we finally called Wichita Snider Mechanical. They had very friendly people to talk to on the phone.They were able to see us that day and in fact were over here in 15 minutes. They sent over Ryan and he was wonderful. He quickly found out the problem and fixed it. It was the best experience I have had with a repair service company. I recommend and will use in the future.
June, 6 2015 I called on a Saturday evening with an emergency and they had someone there the next morning on a Sunday! The employee was very professional and completed the work within a couple hours. Their charges were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!
