Dustin was very professional and answered all my questions. He isolated my A/C problem within minutes after arriving on site. I am very pleased with the service provided!
Dustin from Pippin Brothers was a great technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong with the AC unit and gave us options to fix the outside unit. Great customer service as always.
Trust these guys. I’ve had them out twice for separate issues and was VERY pleased both times. Chris was extremely polite and professional. They work clean, quiet, and timely. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but you’re paying for the peace of mind that the job will get done correctly. If you want cheap, call Bubba down the road and deal with the consequences later.

I’ve used Pippins multiple times and I’m never disappointed!!!! The techs are amazing and friendly! The office staff is crazy funny and friendly. They are simply the best! I will never use anyone else!!!
Came and looked and cost me $49. Very expensive quote for a small leak. No, they did not fix it. That would have been almost $200 for a small knob leak and I bought the part!
Plumbing. Saturday pm, everything was coming up through the floorboards. Called and they sent Austin out asap. Both he and Pippin Bros were very upfront about after hours charges. He cleared up the mess, did some additional exploration and explained the problem clearly. He explained causes, how to repair and offered a variety of solutions ranging from low to total fix it price. I was very impressed, both with his work and his overall appearance and attitude. I have used Pippen Bros for some time and their staff are both competent and courteous and respectful. Highly recommend!!

Dustin did a great job servicing my AC and heating unit.. he is professional and friendly. The reason there are only two stars is because their prices are outrageous. We needed a dryer vent fan (cause some dumb builder put the dryer vent through the roof). So the air wouldn't flow and the dryer wouldn't dry that well. They wanted to charge me around $1200 for a dryer blower (just the part, without install). Yeah I got someone else to do it with everything include for about a quarter of that.
This company is amazing! They came within an hour of my call to address water seeping up through my floorboards. Shane found and fixed the issue quickly and was very professional. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks Shane from Pippin Brothers if I ever need home repair services again y'all will be the first place I call!

Chris was very professional and quickly diagnosed the shower issue. I have used Pippin Brothers for my HVAC and plumbing services for over 25 years. They have always been responsive and professional and continued those traits through this morning’s service!!

Pippin was the only plumber who answered our call on Saturday for a clogged toilet. Came out and took care of issue promptly and at a reasonable price. Thank you Chris!
The service was great! Austin was so polite and professional. He answered every question we had and I mean every question! He walked us through the whole process and helped us understand our options. He even gave us a quote to repair a broken pipe as well as maintenance advice. I will also add that I really appreciated that the company sent me a picture of who was showing up to my house before they arrived. Thanks Pippin Brothers Inc. I will be using you guys for other services and recommend you guys.
The guys that shiwed up were on time, kind and straight forward. Definitely recommend
