Called Moonlight Mechanical with an urgent air conditioning need. Mr. Taylor came to our house first thing the next morning. We needed a new air conditioning unit. They replaced it today, and we couldn’t be happier! The service is professional and prompt! Highly recommend Mr. Taylor and the Moonlight Mechanical team!

They were amazing and super responsive, always answered the phone and called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Chris was our technician today and made sure our unit was running and functioning correctly. He was very nice and very professional, he let me tag along and ask questions and showed me what he was doing the for the whole process. I highly recommend Chris and this company! I will be using them for all of our future AC/Heating needs!
Absolutely incredible customer service! They came out to my house bright and early, unfortunately found out our compressor went out, and they gave us our options. Tommy was so honest, included his expertise with his diagnosis, and was quick to respond!!! Even loaned us a window unit while we waited for the install date. Within a few days, we now have a brand spanking new hvac system, with all the flu pipes, locks, pipes, etc and a new thermostat! Price was unbeatable. I will recommend to all my friends!!! Thank you Moonlight Mechanical!!!!!!!!!

Friendly, and professional, they were quick to arrive after being called during a very busy time. Very informative, and helpful. Resolving the issue quickly with a reasonable charge.I am new to the area, but I have found my future HVAC company for all my needs.

Their online booking system was super easy, their customer service was some of the best, and they were very quick to get to our issue and get it resolved. Did a great job getting my father in law going in a timely manner. Professional and honest. Recommended a way for me to save money by doing part of the fix myself. Honesty is sadly rare these days but they got it! 👍🏻
