Did my electric and brakes box replaced. Really fast and did good work. Explained everything and cleaned there mess

Damien was our technician and promptly solved our problem. J & J Burk has always gotten back to us quickly and sent someone out even on the weekend which was wonderful with the high temperatures we’ve been having.

Called for estimate, had their people on-site next day ... punctual, knowledgeable, helpful ... Will be doing our job ...Very happy with job done ... Will be using them again ... 2 yrs later we have just used Mr Sparky again, and am very pleased with the whole process.. David and crew were on time, had everything needed to do the job well and quickly. Double thumbs up to all!
The service was really good. The only thing was I don’t know how he could focus on his job when he stayed on the phone the whole time he was here.

It was super late but he still came by for the service call. He is an asset to this company for sure. God bless. 5/07/21 Darrell came by this morning and fixed the problem with our Lenox A/C. Very professional young man. 10/02/2020 Langston D is an incredible young man. He has awesome work ethics and is very professional. Service with a smile. ***Jorge was prompt. We were his last call in Cache Ok. He was able to fix unit same day. Thank you Jorge. 6/29/2020 Darrell L is a fine young man. Hard worker, punctual, professional. He and Troy (co worker and hard worker himself) completed a job Friday (instead of Monday or Tuesday as previously estimated.). Explained how to use our mobile device, etc. Job well done. Thank you Darrell and Troy. Langston is a young man who does his job very professionally. He was on time. The quality of work he poured into his job made my husband and I take notice. Both my husband and I are senior citizens and Langston told us to take care. This meant a lot especially with covid 19 outbreak. Thank you Langston. Met George and Thomas from J&J Burk today, 3/27/2020 our unit was acting up. Very pleased with these individuals work ethics during these trying times. Langston came by and connected emergency ac units while we wait for our new system. He is such a great individual. David Stephens was able to help me understand why electrical upgrades were required for the new heat pump system we purchased. Thank you David. Darrell L is a fine young man. My expectation: electrician shows up, gives me a ridiculously expensive quote, leaves me in a rough spot. What Actually Happened: a highly skilled professional who not only helped us sort out our electrical problems- but offered several different ways to solve the problem, and a good and fair price to fix the problem, with financial flexibility to help us not be burdened with having to pay all at once. I was so impressed with the services- that there is likely no other company I will ever trust more than these guys. They are the real deal, 5 out 5 star experts. Don’t trust anybody else except these guys to fix your electrical problems!

Melissa and Landon were AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about this company and these two wonderful employees!!! THANK YOU! Raul came out today to assess some issues we were still having and he was AWESOME! He even returned later to make sure things were still good. I highly recommend these guys!!!!

Fantastic job! Even noticed a small pendant lamp that was loose and fixed as well.
