I initially called D&R because my air conditioner stopped working in 100+ degree heat. They came out immediately and got my 20 year old system up and running. After talking with Raymond I decided it was time to get a new system. I asked him what he used at his house and that's what I got. I also told him my bedroom was the hottest in the summer and coldest in the winter. They moved the thermostat to a more central location and replaced the duct work to ensure the air and heat were more balanced throughout the house. I now leave my air at a higher setting as the system is extremely efficient and also has a dehumidifying feature that works wonders on high humidity days. They were fast and efficient installing and Raymond followed up in person and with a phone call (after a weekend of high heat) to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. I am very pleased I went with D&R Heating & Air and would recommend this company to anyone.

Called D&R in the morning and by the afternoon our AC was repaired with a new vent installed! Extremely reasonable price...these guys know what they're doing and get it done professionally and quickly!
Excellent work and products. We chose two mitsubishi minisplits. They work great and were installed in a timely manner. They run quietly and are perfect for keeping our whole downstairs comfortable.

They were very fast getting out to my house when I called to tell them that my Heater was broken. Raymond is very professional and knows his stuff when it comes to HVAC. I would definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!
Great service, and did good work
Too nonchalant about getting repairs done. First. I was told Friday. Then when no one showed I called to ask when to expect them. I was told Tuesday. It is now Thursday evening. I called, "oh yeah. I guess we can be out there tomorrow. " Wish I could be that carefree over paying the bill.

Fantastic service by this company. Offered a great price and fast service. Timely professionals that I would use again if needed. I had them replace my AC unit and Heat Pump and they did it all within 3:30 hours.
