Honestly quick and easy, came in looked at the issues, and fixed everything. Only paid the 100$ service fee. 100% would recommended. The guys were respectful and polite.
We have two units here! Last year they replaced our larger one and have had no issues, they had reasonable prices compared to other companies, gave me a few choices, went over what was needed and showed up on time and our unit has worked great ever since. We had to call them out yesterday to check out our smaller unit. They replaced our fan and again it was done with no issues and the price was reasonable!
Joey was very prompt to answer my call when my nest thermostat was saying there was an error with my AC. He kept in contact through his already busy schedule and squeezed me in at the end of the day! I was surprised he was able to come out in a timely manner on the first hot day of the year because I know how busy it could be. I'm very happy with the services and price for repair and will be calling them again if anymore issues come up!
Joe was my technician and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the outside unit when I was told by other companies that it was not repairable and I needed a new system. He was able to take care of the problem in just a few hours. Thank you
SERVICES: DRAIN CLOGGED; 1st, I was disappointed that the service took a long time to occur after my original appt. Additionally, I wanted to understand what the clog was related to...if the line was plugged by clothing as it was a clogged line from the washer. Can you address this question?
Overall great experience. Not like other companies that you can’t get a hold of a person or want to nickel and dime you. Won’t be calling anyone else in the area.
The Air Doctor has provided us with excellent service for approximately 25 years. The most recent was the installation of a new kitchen faucet. Highly recommend them.

Didn't show when the were supposed to And never called to say that they would not be coming out. Shay the girl in the office did her job and was able to call the technician who finally told her they wouldn't be here until the next day. Poor service was given. Now 4 days without air and its only 91° out.
Very professional,HONEST, Fast and effecient,Same day AC fix!!!!!100/10 highly recommended!He checked our AC yesterday @5pm (77** Lawton Avenue house)to see the problem and suppose to come back after memorial weekend coz he doesn't have the part needed to fix the problem. He knows what he is doing and care for their customers. I attached a screenshot photo of the man that worked on our house coz I really wanted to apologize to him hope he can read this. when he came back today @10am to fix the AC my man was on the phone with me wanting to speak to him. I handed him the phone thinking my man would explain the other problems we're having about our AC unit but instead he was being rude to him. I feel so bad because he wasn't suppose to come today it's a sunday, with NO PAY but he still showed up and made sure we have AC because we have a toddler in the house. I really apologize sir my husband was frustrated with the people that worked on our AC before and since we are renting he thought you guys are the same people that was working on our AC the last time. I want to thank you for coming to make sure my daughter have AC on this hot weather, other companies would not work on holidays but you made sure you fix the problem on a sunday(no pay), made sure he fix the problem within 22hours & it's a memorial weekend for my daughter to have AC.I hope you forgive us for what happened. Excellent quality and customer service! We needed a completely new A/C unit, thermostat replacement, and duct work for our house. When I called, the owner answered and promptly came out to do an inspection and give me an estimate. He worked with our schedule and communicated efficiently to get in and perform our services ASAP. The men who came out to do the job were polite, professional, and efficient. They got the entire replacement done in one day, even staying past normal business hours to ensure our system was up and running before they left. I am beyond pleased that we chose to do business with them and will do so for any HVAC needs we have in the future.
If I need issues, will definitely call again. Called Air Dr for plumbing and it was amazing from start to finish.

Main AC went out, had 4 portable AC going and house was 78°. Came over, no introductions. Left a mess for me to clean up. Didn't close the gate behind them so my dog ran away. No apology for that. I have no idea what they did because they didn't tell me their plans or what the problem was. They left without saying they were done. Very rude and unprofessional. Have the main AC running and the other 4 and house is still over 72°.
Fast and professional! They were also the lowest price on a new unit for our home by over $1000.
Affordable with fast response time, very friendly with great service and the tech gave a thorough explanation of what repairs were needed and up front about what the cost would be!
Very rude and hateful. It says open 24 hours I called and no one answered. On the fifth time of my calling this guy answered the phone and asked what the hell is wrong with me for calling so many times. Which I replied excuse me and then he hung up on me. My AC went out and I am trying to get it fix. As soon as possible.
