Called out for service on a Saturday, they arrived as scheduled. The problem wasn’t fixed using a snake and the tech wasn’t sure what to do next. We suggested to check some outdoor drain lines, my husband identified the area to dig, dug the line up and fixed the problem while the tech observed then handed me a ticket and took my credit card information for payment. The tech was polite but will not use them again.
My mom had an issue so I went to go talk to them. Angie was amazing and worked with me. They got things taken care of.
Best service you could ask for. Everyone on the team cares and they get things taken care of!
Used them to replace a facet outside my house called and asked if all work could be done same day. She said yes so okay didn't care price just wanted work started and finished the same day. Was told today after waiting for appointment for 2 weeks that they can't do all of it in one day because they have to cut out drywall (but dont fix it) and someone else has to come and replace drywall they cut and will cost me extra 150.00 but not same day maybe 2/3 days after they are another company and they don't know. So why not tell me that from jump I told u the whole thing will have to be cut out no surprise job at all. Yet what I asked for I can't get why not tell me no and couldn't of found someone else. Smh just wasted my time.

I called on Sunday and they showed up within 30min not only double checked to make sure my pipes were clear before they left and even looked out for me by scheduling a camera inspection because they found tree roots best service definitely will keep them on my contacts

We had a plumbing mishap on Saturday, and after calling a few places with no answer, my husband gave Affordable Plumbing a call, and not only did they answer quickly, they were also incredibly friendly and helpful on the call. 10/10 would recommend and use them again in the future.
100 percent my first call with personal/rental props... they got me in when I shouldn't have got in(the season for water heater/heat probs) hands down to bobby,Josh and the crew

Not affordable!
We called Affordable on New Years Day at 10:00 PM in the middle of a deep freeze because our hot water heater was leaking. They had someone out within 30 minutes to check the situation out. By noon the next day, we had a new water heater and all is well. This was such a stressful situation, but their knowledge gave us peace of mind. I could not recommend them enough.
Price was a little high, had to pay overtime to get them right out. Plumber was friendly and did a good job. Would recommend them.
Fast service, nice folks
Jerry and his co worker was very knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. He explained what was the problem and the reason why my drain was backed up. The price was very reasonable and we will use Affordable Plumbing again if we need to. I will highly recommend this company to anyone!

We are so happy with Affordable. They do all our repairs. They installed our water heater and cleaned our drains. They even remodeled our bathroom. They provide prompt, professional service. And they're friendly. That's important to me.
