Chris was great! Even though it was extremely hot out, he took the time to make sure everything checked out and got our unit all cleaned up!
Trendon and Chris were fantastic! Our upstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold air this morning and they were quick to arrive with solutions. Service was timely and they provided excellent education regarding their inspection. We will definitely utilize Innovative Air Pros for our future heating and air needs.
Available over weekend to make appt next day. Technician came on time and stayed in contact with us prior to arrival. Piper identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. Interaction very pleasant and professional. Service much appreciated.
We had a blower motor go out over the weekend. Called Innovative and they had Ryan come out within 45 min. An hour later the AC was back up and running. We will definitely be using Innovative Air Pros for any future HVAC needs.
My A/C quit blowing cold air on a Saturday and I called InnovativeAIR Pros and they came out on a Saturday quickly and the tech Ryan was excellent and had me up and running quickly. Ryan was nice, professional and explained everything to me that I asked about and more. No up sale on service or pushy sales added on. The hole expense was great! I will be using them for all my A/C needs.
These guys did a fantastic job!! They were quick to respond after I made the service request online, even though it was 10:00 at night, and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day. The technician, Ryan, was awesome. He knew right away what the problem was and got it fixed with no problems. I also really appreciate the fact that he showed me pictures of everything he checked outside, and he gave me several options for pricing when it came time for that. Although I hope I don’t need to call them anytime soon, these guys will be my new go to for heating and A/C from now on.
Chris and Dakota serviced my air conditioning today and are easily among the best technicians I have used for anything. I’ve been here since 1981 so that’s saying a lot. They were incredibly thorough, polite and competent. I appreciate their skills and am very happy to have found Innovative Air Pros.
Caleb did a fantastic job!! He was personable and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed of all the issues and options with my air conditioner. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Pricing was better than another company I contacted. I will definitely use them next time.
Ryan Horn was our technician and he did a fantastic job. He was communicative about what he found, had solutions, and also gave us recommendations. I am signed up for the Pro Club and have been very pleased with the responsiveness. We are very happy with our service and especially Ryan!
Edit: We now have our new HVAC system which was installed by Piper and Trendon. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were professional, friendly, and very hard working. They did a wonderful job and left our home super clean. We were happily surprised to be able to call on Friday evening and be able to get a technician out on Saturday morning for our AC. Caleb was friendly, professional, and explained everything to us. We would recommend Innovative Air Pros!

Cody and the entire team at Innovative Air Pros are phenomenal! They had been servicing our previous equipment & when it was time to replace they delivered. They were super helpful when explaining different product lines and helped us make the best decision for our home. Trendon, Chris, and Dakota did an amazing job on the installation of our new unit. They took their time and made sure all aspects were done properly! We couldn't recommend them enough!

Piper Pennington did a coil replacement at my home and did a fantastic job. Piper was ahead of the scheduled time and worked until the job was complete, even in the elements of the hot attic with external ambient temperatures in the mid 90’s. He explained the whole process and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I will not utilize another company in the future.
Innovative Air Pros originally installed our new HVAC system, and they were amazing to work with and did great quality work. Piper came out today and performed a tune up on the system, he was professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and great to work with! Highly recommend this company!
