A/C went out the evening before the 4th of July, was worried because of the holiday that I wouldn't be able to get anyone until the 5th but Scassi showed up with in hours of the call and was super friendly and professional.
The technician was well trained and professional. I will definitely use them for my next AC issue.
We called this plumbing group because of an issue with water in our pantry. They did a fantastic job and found out. It was just a simple solution. All we got charged with a service call. Jessie was incredibly professional and gracious. Also very skilled and efficient. We will definitely use this group again.
Save yourself time, effort and frustrarion. Call a company that can actually fix your issues and not just show up 8 hours before the time scheduled per their website just to charge you $90 and tell you to call an electrician. What kind of heating and air company doesn't have an electrician. Customer service even worse.
I called them on a Monday when I realized the night before my air conditioner was not cooling and I came out within a reasonable amount of time and replace the capacitor on my unit. Very professional and friendly.

Absolutely Wonderful! My a/c system upstairs quit cooling and temps reached 90°. I called, and they sent someone out asap. Juan was out technician. I was happily surprised to see a picture of him come up in a text prior to his arrival. Juan was very professional, and did an amazing job. He explained things thoroughly, including the cost breakdown, prior to the repair. 5* company, complete with follow up. Thank you!

I called on a Friday night before the holiday weekend. The weather was in the hundreds that day and the house just wasn’t cooling. Jim came out and fixed the AC quickly and professionally. He clarified all the charges before moving forward, and he tidied up after he was done. Great company and great, reliable techs!
Derek saved us today! We had a major plumbing issue and he put us first on his list and fixed it in no time. Love this company so much!

Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has great customer service , technicians and are extremely responsive. They are thorough in their communication and work. Service like theirs is rarity these days! I would highly recommend them!
After reading several reviews, I called Quality for service/repair of our AC unit. Great move! Jason arrived within a half hour. Very knowledgeable, explained all the whats and whys, and completed necessary repairs. Reasonable pricing, and very impressed with Jason's professionalism, thoroughly cleaned up after repairs... All in all I am very impressed, and will definitly use their services on a regular basis from now on!
Gage was professional and pleasant. Took the time to explain the workings of our water heater. Answered all my questions. Also left us a quote for a new water heater for when ours goes out!! Always have a great experience with Quality Heating and plumbing!!!!

The technician was friendly. Seemed to be knowledgeable in what he was doing and explained as he went through the repairs.
Theses guys showed up ten minutes before there scheduled time and pulled two old units out.put all the trash in one spot they clean up after there selfs I will definitely use them again
Amy is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our issues very quickly. Unfortunately, we needed a new system. Tim arrived in a very short time to work with Amy on what we needed and get us a bid.
We called because our A/C stopped working on a Friday night at 4:30pm…they dispatched a tech right away and Amy B. arrived within a few hours. She was knowledgeable, courteous and had our A/C fixed quickly. We appreciated the response time and ended up enrolling in their monthly maintenance plan.
I called and they sent someone out within an hr. Juan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Quality. Jim
