Blessed ! … to have found Thomas Mechanical Services. My home needed service to check my heater. as it had not been serviced in over a year. I can testify to this — they did not hurry ! Former company never ran a vacuum or stayed very long. There was a small issue that could have turned into a larger problem from the furnace area not being cleaned and examined. Brian is confident, professional and kind. I will say it again—Blessed !!! Now my AC & Heater have the best and honest care !
We had a power surge get our compressor and I contracted Brian at 8 in the morning and by 11 Michael was out at the house and looking at the unit. He was able to find a compressor and gave me a quote within a few hours of finding the issue answered all my questions about replacing versus repairing and was out at 7:30 the next morning to repair the unit took about 2 hours from start to finish. Since then have had some issues with the unit and both times I have contact Michael he was out within 24 hours usually the same day to look at the issue and we determined that it was an issue with the electrical side and not the A/C unit. Michael was supper responsive and professional. Prices were very fair and reasonable and would recommend using this group to anyone and I will certainly be using them in the future.
Fantastic service. Came out right away to give me a second opinion after another company told me I need basically a full replacement of my HVAC unit. Brian came out, checked things over, offered some suggestions, and tuned things up to make sure I'm good to go from now on. Saved me many, many thousands of dollars. Highly, highly recommended.

Punctual, professional. Removed old AC unit, relocated new AC unit, and installed furnace in about 5 hours. Left nothing behind for us to pick up. Would recommend to anyone!

Called for service at 7PM after the AC stopped working. Technician was out at 7AM the next morning. He was friendly, polite, and went straight to the problem. Within the hour he had diagnosed the issue, replaced the parts from his stocked truck, and even courtesy checked our second unit while he was out. Less than $300 later we have a cold house and good-as-new AC. So appreciative for the non-hassle, accurate diagnosis, up-front pricing. Nothing but professional with Thomas Mechanical!
Brian came out in a timely matter to assess our problem with our AC and was upfront with pricing and what needed to be done to fix our air conditioning. He was able to work with our schedule and did everything so efficiently! Highly recommended.
Had our AC unit not working properly. Called and they came out right away to find out what the problem was. They found the issue right away and were able to repair it once they got the part. I was truly impressed with the service and the quay of the work. They charged a reasonable price for the repair work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services !! Brian did a great job for me. Have some really nice tenants who came home to find the AC not working outside of business hours. Needed something at least planned out that same evening. Called who I had used in the past and didn't get a call back, but Brian answered. As it happens, I didn't hear back from my usual guy until after Brian already fixed the AC early the next morning. Don't know how typical that is but I really appreciated getting something scheduled to show i was taking action. Nice guy and excellent service, would definitely recommend.
Our AC went out yesterday evening and we call Brian for repair. I know he had customers before us, but he was here, fixed everything, cleaned it up and had it cooling by 2pm the next day. Absolutely recommend Thomas Mechanical Services.

We are warm! Our house was super chilly and we figured out we had some sort of issue that my hubby couldn’t DIY trouble shoot. I texted over to Thomas Mechanical Services. A couple hours later we are toasty warm and the price was VERY reasonable. Our furnace is older and it worked just fine for our home inspection. It has been acting up but we weren’t sure if it was the weather cycling warm/cool or a problem with the furnace. Once we confirmed the furnace wasn’t throwing off heat my husband tried to fix the issue. He couldn’t. I texted over and Thomas Mechanical diagnosed the issue and repaired it by replacing a worn out part. They came promptly and worked efficiently, and we were shown the issue and how the replacement part fixed it. Thomas Mechanical is tidy and polite and their billing was reasonable, prompt, honest, and transparent. Thank you!
