Ian did a good job explaining the tests he was conducting on my AC/furnace system. He outlined the repairs that were needed and emailed the items and costs associated with those repairs.
Suntech really cares about its customers. Rocky and crew did a great job taking care of our AC system!
Tech, Ryan was on time, professional, friendly and informative. Company let me know when tech was on his way.
Worked with Ian and Dustin today and they were both fantastic! Ian took a lot of time with me to understand my needs, answer my questions and design a great solution for me! Very happy!!
Our technician worked until he got our system up and running. We are all thankful for the care and concern for our unit.
By every standard that you could rate a technician, John impressed. He was efficient, communicated every step with corresponding pictures and videos, and was very professional and friendly. I was presented with clear options that were thoroughly explained by the manager Michael ( also very friendly and professional). Highly recommended!
They were great to work with. Efficient, friendly and did a great job of explaining our problem and making sure we knew all our options. Had a new unit installed and was up and running in a few hours.
Ryan @suntech was very professional. He went as far as explaining what he was testing and the results he was looking for. Very helpful and had no problem explaining and teaching. Thanks for a speedy dispatch to my home on the 4th of July!
Ian and Michael were very professional and thorough. The work performed was very high quality. I would highly recommend!
Had Suntech come out to check the refrigerant levels in one of my systems. The system is less than 10 years old and was struggling to satisfy on high heat days. The refrigerant levels were low as suspected, and of course the assumption was that the system had a leak somewhere. Although we were recommended not to, we decided to have refrigerant added to the system to get it back within operational range. Between this and cleaning the condenser coil, the system is operating correctly again. The reason we chose this route was it provided immediate relief, and gives us the opportunity to monitor the system at the same time. Oh and when I say relief, the system wasn’t failing, it just wasn’t behaving as it normally should, which would be to cycle even on hot days. Now we have to talk about the ugly part of this, unfortunately. The price to add a little over a pound of refrigerant was over $400 dollars. It’s pretty common in this industry for pricing to be unreasonable. I’ll take it a little further and say I think this was predatory and borderline criminal. A 25 lb. bottle of that refrigerant costs less than $500, making the cost per pound a little over $20. That amount of markup for materials is greed, pure and simple. I don’t want to get something for nothing, far from it. I would have been happy to pay $200 an hour for labor, and even a reasonable markup for the materials. As it is though, it will be cheaper for me to buy my own tools and materials and do future work myself. I’m fortunate in that I actually know how to do said work. I’m bummed when I see this kind of behavior, particularly when applied to folks who really have no idea how badly they are getting screwed.
Ace is a great human! Love working with him to troubleshoot system repair. Very honest and thorough.
The tech was professional and did a thorough job of explaining our systems problems as well as our repair options.
There were a bunch of little issues causing one big problem with our toilet. Instead of taking care of only one or two of them and calling it good, Rodney and Andrew made sure EVERYTHING was as it should be -- in good working order -- before they left. I could not be more satisfied with their service. And their pricing was VERY fair, considering all the work they did. Thanks guys!
Blake was extremely kind and professional! He found our issue and repaired it quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!
This is a five star service company. Our AC went out on a Saturday night. This was the only company we could get to come take a look. When it was determined it could not be repaired until Monday morning. Mr. Coleman, the project manager, went above and beyond to make us comfortable on Sunday. Then on Monday morning David and team arrived. They were friendly and efficient and had us running in 90 minutes. I’d recommend highly.
Landlord paid $4000 to fix air. It’s 91 degrees in here and we’re sweating. Tech came out Sunday morning. Looked at outside unit for 10 minutes, inside unit for 10 minutes, and left. Company charged her an extra $300 for nothing. Smh. Unethical. I won’t call back for fear they’ll charge the landlord more money for nothing. You guys should come back and finish without charging the landlord anything else. That would be ethical.
They did great work and the plumbing technician was thorough with explaining what was being done. Highly recommend SunTech!
They were able to come out the same day to give us an estimate and started work the next day on replacing my moms HVAC unit. The guys were friendly, professional and cleaned up when the job was completed. Highly recommend
Ace came to our home and immediately identified the problem. Ace was very professional and down to earth. He made sure I understood preventive measures and most importantly he fixed it! Thanks again Ace!!!
As a realtor, I use SunTech anytime a house has an issue with the HVAC. They ALWAYS squeeze my clients in last minute and are extremely thorough. Highly recommend!! Today they came to my personal home and gave me a great game plan for the replacement of a few parts on my own system. You won’t be sorry you called these guys!
