Carlos was awesome and friendly. I asked him to let me watch and learn a thing or two about my hvac system to which he kindly walked me through the whole process. From start to finish i felt communication was very clear. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
My A/C unit wasn’t working and they prioritized my call, Constantly updated as to when the tech would arrive. My technician Eric diagnosed the issue and I was up and running that day. Need to thank Ryan Mula for making it happen !

After researching and quotes from five different companies for a complete replacement, Prudhom was the best choice by far. They have the best value for a top brand (Lennox), and customer service/technician (Nate) has been always been on time, informative, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend for those Oklahoma hot/cold season, air conditioning emergencies.
