A technician from Miter & Sons came to my house on the day I called and fixed the problem. A bad fan motor on the compressor, which is what I told him the problem was. What I have an issue with is how much he charged for fixing it. $865.00 (not including the $99. service fee I assume is charged for all visits) to replace the compressor fan motor. After paying for the service, I looked up the price of compressor fan motors. The most expensive one I found was no more than $200.00. That is being marked up by 400% (or more). While it is nice to have cool air for me and my pets (the reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1star), I feel like I was definitely ripped off. These people are not cheap! I would hate to have seen how much they would have charged for a full compressor replacement. I will find a different company with more reasonable rates next time. I just read through other reviews again. I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. Apparently super overpriced work is a common theme for these people.

My air conditioner quit working about 9 PM the night before. I sent an email request for an appointment at about 7 AM the next morning. They called me at 8 AM and let me know they could get somebody out there that morning. They arrived about 9:30 AM and I had cold air blowing within a few minutes. Hayden was the technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me fixed up for a much better price than I was expecting. Would highly recommend them and can’t say enough about Hayden. Thank you.

Came out same day in the middle of 100 degree weather and ordered the part, problem fixed within 24 hrs. Not my first time using, won’t be my last.
