I call Integrated whenever I have an HVAC or electrical need. They are dependable and honest. Every time they have come out they've gone above and beyond to serve me well. I highly recommend them.
If you like good prices and quality work, this the company to call! I have used many hvac companies before, but none of them come close to the service I received at Integrated HVAC!

Perfection! I have used Integrated HVAC for repair of my old systems and installation of an additional unit. They had to overcome some logistical challenges with my old house, but they solved all the problems. The result was a beautifully installed (and perfectly working) new unit that solved my cooling deficit. All of their employees (office & field) were super easy to work with and treated me (and my dogs) with kindness and respect. Absolutely recommend!
Integrated is a company that stands by the word. Tim has always been a pleasure to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure you get top notch service. I appreciate their expertise in all things hvac related. Highly recommend.

This is particular to Integrated Alarms - straight garbage. My alarm system went off at random times, including the middle of the night. I attempted to have Integrated resolve the issue - they failed in that regard. My alarm triggered at 340am and the emergency after hours line refused to respond. Horrible company and absolutely awful customer service.
Thomas and Steven were two of the most professional knowledge able young professional I have encountered in my 30 plus moves as a 30 year military professional or after my retirement as a civilian. These two young professionals were out standing and are worthy of ant rewards. integrated HVAC can or are willing to offer them .
I work for a big facilities management company in the education sector and I have roughly 800 apartments at my current account. I reached out to Integrated to see if they could help us with our residential HVAC needs and I am happy to report that they have been very diligent, communitive, professional, understanding, and timely in their responses. Every time I call in a request for services it has always been met with cheerfully voice and a sense of prioritization. Working in the education sector it comes with a unique set of challenges and anytime something comes up Integrated HVAC is very understanding and is willing to accommodate and adapt their services to better meet our needs. I would highly recommend anyone seeking residential HVAC services to give them a call.

I was out of air conditioning for 3 days and they came out yesterday morning for a whole system replacement estimate and was back around 3:30 and had the whole thing replaced and cooling off for my family by 7:30! Amazing people! Thank you so much!!
Edit: I originally had 3 stars (read the original note below) but someone quickly reached out to me and was a great representation of integrity. They admitted my situation fell through the cracks and refunded my money… even though I told them it was not necessary. I will consider them and refer them in the future. As I mentioned in my original post, I imagine they are a good company but it just didn’t work out in my favor this time. Since our last conversation, it’s clear to me that they care about customer service and stand behind their product. Original post: Our house wasn’t cooling so we called Integrated HVAC out from a referral. A guy came out and seemed nice, thorough, and had an honest approach. Example, he thought we were low on refrigerant but due to a possible leak, he didn’t want to just give us more refrigerant due to the cost, but he also didn’t seem like he could help us find the leak. He took notes and pictures and said he’d go back to the office and discuss this issue with his supervisor and they’d be back in touch. That was Monday… and now it’s Friday with no word. I went ahead and called another company out and they had us up and running in less than 2 hours. I basically paid Integrated HVAC over 70 bucks for some guy to rummage around our house for a couple hours and fix nothing. I’m sure the company is more capable than my experience but I’m certainly dissatisfied with lack of service that I received and would not refer to them to my friends down the road. I gave 3 stars instead of fewer because the technician who came out was nice, seemed honest, and answered my questions.
This company responded quickly and followed through with what what was discussed in the initial evaluation. The staff was professional and continuous. I will use them again in the future for sure.
Our AC system would not kick on even though thermostats said it was. Had a Saturday visit from Will and of course right before Will arrived the system kicked on. He checked everything while it was running and it all checked out. WELL…today early AM it shut off and did not turn back on. Called Integrated again and Will can back out again. Will is very professional and listened to what I had to say. Additionally he never once made me feel like I was just blowing smoke. Today he sat in our attic in 93 degree weather for over an hour figuring out which wire was being the pain (he used more technical terms but this is how I interpreted it). He was detailed in making sure to find out what was going on with our system. I will ask for Will again and from now on. Thank you Will and Intregrated HVAC!!
