Vince has always gone out of his way to solve some unconventional problems on my 100 year old house. He also got to me and had the heat back on the same day.

Vince was so incredibly helpful when our air conditioner stopped working! He answered his phone right away on a Saturday, and was over first thing Sunday morning. He immediately recognized that it was an electrical issue, not an HVAC issue, and recommended that we call an electrician right away for our safety. He followed up the next day to ensure that everything was in working order. He earned a lifetime customer from us!!
