The service is professional and from what I can tell, their work is good. However, I would like to caution anyone thinking about using their service, about their pricing. I had a tenant who had a running toilet and she had called them to come take a look. Very professional service, but after a $99 service fee I was presented with a few options to replace the valve for about $500 or install a new toilet for $1000 or $1400 (toilet upgrade?). I was absolutely stunned by the prices being asked. I ended up using their "repair" service for a ridiculous $500 price, and they did end up waiving the additional $99 service fee. I did not want my tenant to have a leaky toilet, so I bit the bullet, but I, unfortunately, will never use them again.
Air ducts were full of water. They looked for leaks and didn’t find any so it was just a minimal service charge, but don’t know where the waters coming from.
Very courteous and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, he gave us three options and explain to each one in detail. We chose the least expensive, also the most recommended, and are happy with the way things were fixed.
Colton and Josh did a great job getting our plumbing back up and running after a slab leak. Really appreciate their professional demeanor and efficiency!
Had an issue with my tankless hot water heater. Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detection came out the same day before the 4th of July weekend and fixed it. They sent out Gavin and he was very professional and even showed me how he did so I could fix it next time on my own.

I had Hi-tech come out for a tune up on my cooling system. Jason came out and was so thorough. He cleaned the outside condenser, tested all the components associated with my unit as well as changed the air filters. In doing so, they found a bad capacitor. Jason gave me an upfront cost and I had him replace it. I’m not usually one for “preventative maintenance” but I’m glad I had them come out. Jason found an issue before it became an issue. They also have low cost memberships that give you two free tune ups a year, guaranteed they will show up in 48 hours and a lot of savings on cooling and plumbing. CALL these guys!
Javier provided excellent customer service. He explained everything thoroughly. The work was done on-time, on budget, and very professionally. We will request Javier again for future plumbing needs.

Called to have them come out and find leak under slab, wrote a quote. Got insurance to approve repair. Nothing, even emailed and told them and still nothing. Would like my money back so I can call someone else to find leak and fix it
