They were a great company to have install the fireplace...Josh Walker and the person with him were so good !!!!! They even went out of the way to install part of the new fireplace with a fan instead of waiting for just the logs....We are able to use for heat and was so nice they came and did install what they had...I would 💯 recommend them as a company to use

I called because our kitchen had plumbing issues it was backed up and flooding into the garage. I called them for a plumbing service call. Next thing my husband is calling me saying they are trying to sell him some air conditioner package and want to schedule a maintenance appointment. I was livid not only did they not listen they sent un experience tech that had no clue about plumbing and had a long conversation with my husband how he doesn't really understand that side. So now he's quoting a 179.00 service fee. That he will wave as a courtesy because they feel we are not a good fit for their company.... So now my mind is blown. They one didn't even listen to my reason needing the visit and two feel threatened because their story from the "Operations Manager to tech don't add up. They tech was in my drive way for 40 minutes waiting on his manager to give him the quote and here I'm talking to the manager on they phone and he's telling me he has no clue what the service tech has quoted me.. this company sees like a joke and un professional ran! To unclog my drain they quoted me 632.00 and with the year long add on it was 545.00. with a "waived" service fee... Seems like robbery from my other plumber that came through. DON'T GO HERE! I had to give a star to write a review.. in my opinion they don't deserve anything but some real training in this place.
We've been with no air conditioning for more than a week and I've been having a hard time looking for someone to come out for a service. I'm lucky Excel Comfort Services was very responsive and really showed the urgency to help. I'm very satisfied with the quality of service this company provides. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
