What great company! The customer always comes first. Prices are the best in town by far! Charlie and crew can’t be beat, satisfaction and pleasing the customer seems to always be their goal!
Charlie answered the phone himself, asked questions to narrow down my issue, and was able to come by, same day, and resolve the problem. Very friendly as well.

We have been using Charlie for our heating & air needs for about 10 years now. He worked with us and our old units (25+ years) until it was obvious that they were no longer serviceable. Then he worked with us to replace our hvac system within our budget. He has coached us throughout the years on how to get the most out of our system, keep it running efficiently, and protect our investment. I called Charlie at 645 Saturday night when it’s 96 degrees and my air conditioner is out. He was here at 715 pm. The same night. Solved the problem, gave me some great adivice, didn’t over charge me. He is my new go to air guy!!!!!
Three years ago we had an issue with heat in our house and other contractors quoted us $2,500 - $3,500 to fix the issue, but while getting a bid from ARP, Charlie showed me how to get by the issue for free. Last week our AC began dying so I called Charlie first to get a bid on a whole new HVAC system and he was much more reasonable in prices and much more professional than others that I called after for comparison. ARP did an amazing job and we could not be happier. We have a brand new top of the line HVAC system without breaking the bank. ARP Heating and Air is my only go to for HVAC!

Charlie was great and I would recommend him. He installed some float switches for us. He seemed knowledgable and honest. Although I have no idea what a float switch costs to install I felt his price was fair.
