Be careful. Their scheduling system is horrible. They could not install I comfort thermostat for my Lennox system and as a matter of fact they fried two S30 thermostat due to poor wiring before they installed an old fashion thermostat for my variable stage furnace/AC that typically requires a smart thermostat. Today they cancelled my routine service without notifying me despite taking time off of work to be home. No one wants to take the responsibility for this cancellation.

Agreed on a price, and I noticed after installation the estimate included $200 for permits and an inspection. We live in the country and do not need any of that. They refused to refund charges that they never incurred. Update: They refunded the $200!! There is still an issue with damage to the attic access, but I think they are going to fix it.

Work and techs were very good but the price I was charge was to high for 10 minutes of work. $195.00 was just to much. When I called to find out why so high, I was told that’s what’s charged regardless of the time it took. I’m not very happy.

This company charged my elderly step-dad (Karl Miller of Edmond) $2693 to replace his hot water tank at his duplex. When I heard this price, I was shocked. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly! That I'd a ridiculous amount to charge. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging that. A hot water tank can be purchased at big box stores for $160 to $300. The labor was $2393?

I had a water heater that rusted thrrough and was leaking. It was bought and installed in 2018 by a competitor of Airco Service. I bought a much better product from Airco and, as always, their installation teams are very professional and friendly. They were able to come and install the new water heater the next day! I have 2 complete AC/Heating units from Airco...they know service!! I highly recommend you call Airco.- they only sell products that they can put their name behind. I choose quality products from a company that backs them Thank you again, Airco Service!

Called them out for an electrical issue. They came out a few days later to take a look at my issue and then sent me a quote to replace a broken part. When they came out to replace it a week later they had misdiagnosed the issue and ordered the wrong part. They couldn’t find the right part so they sent me a quote for over $4000 to fix my whole panel. During this two week process getting information from them about what they are doing and where they are at on a solution was like pulling teeth. I called someone else who quoted half the price, took the time to explain my issues and what I needed to know, and also took the time to explain why Airco might be charging so much(not even in a negative way), and then came out within two days to give me a solution that worked for me and my house. All that to say, if you have an electrical issue, there are better options in OKC. Only providing this review because they requested it, not really sure why they wanted me to provide it.

Alejandro was very pleasant, very respectful and extremely hard worker. My experience with him couldn’t not have been better. He showed up on time only took an hour for lunch. He was extremely respectful and they did not take a break at all while they were installing my heating and air, if I could clone him for all the workers in the world, I would. He is an extreme asset to your company! I enjoyed having them around and at no time that I ever felt uncomfortable around him he even taught me a few words in Spanish! I’m so glad I picked Airco for my heating and air . I feel he deserves a huge raise.
