We recently moved into a house with a 21 year old AC system and it went down Fri, we called and they came out Sat to check it (offered Fri but we couldn't get off work) and checked it to find out it just needed replaced (it's 21 years old, we knew that was coming) and said they'd have someone call us to figure that out. Less than 5 minutes later Trey called me and said he could be out in 30 minutes! Within an hour we were set up and thye came out Monday at 7am to get the new system installed so we could get it before we had work! Amazing serivce!

Wow told us we needed a new System our 12 year old system was leaking carbon monoxide. We had a contract for preventative maintenance. We got suspicious and found they were wrong or not truthful. We had 3 companies out, no leak system is fine. Now a neighbor had work done on a dryer vent and they ignore to fix. Consider this free advertisement!!! Beware.

I am a high-strung person. I am not the easiest to get along with. However when I call a business and I tell them my situation and they lie to me about the timing simply to get the job is not okay. I explained that I am a night shifter and that it has to happen at a specific time frame. They said okay. It was first 12pm than it was 1 pm. I called at 2pm and they said the technician was on lunch break. I called back at about 230 pm and the dispatch person said I had been bumped to the end of the day. Now I still have the same problem just now I am going to be exhausted for work. All they had to say was 'sorry sir that time frame will not work and you should call somebody else.' Honesty over profit people. I called another company and they said they could do close to that time. If they do a good job I will post them right here.

This company told me they would be out between 8 am and 5 pm. An awfully large window, but… Jason White, right. Well they no showed me and did not call or text. I called and spoke first with Dominic who said he call me back when he found a technician. Then when “surprise” he never called me back, I called and ask for a manager. The “ manger” Lisa called me back and said that they would be out in the morning. Did not apologize just said well that was wrong. This 24 hour company refused to make good on her word. These people lie to you to get your business

Not only are these guys over priced but they are the biggest crooks around. We got a new unit two years ago and from the start we have noticed problems like water damaged from poor installation and ripping our ground cover, drain pipe getting broken without letting us know (Was on the invoice though), never answered our calls, made false promises, ruined our kitchen floor and I can keep going but I wont. We will take legal action.

They said we needed a new system and quoted us $15k. We got a second opinion and got a new blower for $700 and its been running like a champ for over a year.

My heat stopped working the other day when it was going to get down to 15 degrees. They had to get a valve from out of town (after hours). The repairman finished the job at almost 10 pm. It would have been easy to say we can't get the part until tomorrow but they didnt.

The employees are well groomed and polite but we’ve had disappointing transactions with this much hyped (advertised) company. Had them replace my main unit and redo major ductwork in attic. Went smoothly but didn’t work out until next summer that the unit they installed was inadequate. Now this hot summer it falls behind whenever it gets over about 85-80 and the upstairs temp creeps up to as high as 75-77. Not unbearable but disappointing for a brand new and overpriced unit. Also had issues with misdiagnosis of issue with second unit but that time got a second opinion and went with other company.

They will broke you account bank they charge to us for do a small repair 400 dollar so if your system broke on the weekend go for one night to your friend hause lolo.....and look and look for some person that don't get advantage off your situation and fix your system for reasonable price.

Air Comfort Solutions came to service my A/C unit and they had some challenges getting it to work properly however they continued to work the problem until they fixed the unit. I feel like another company would have quit before determining and fixing the problem. They were always professional and courteous and they have earned my loyalty. Thank you to everyone involved.

We just had Gabe out to do our fall checkup and he was excellent. Very friendly and professional. He did some extra things that I was not expecting. He helped me with adjusting my returns as they had been noisy for awhile. He also cleaned our hot water tank and I was not expecting that do be done. He took the time to explain the process and what he had done during the visit. I signed up for 2 more visits and hope to have him come back in the Spring.

The only reason I am rating 4 stars is due to the last(final) repairman that came out to my parent's house this week (Jason O.). The other 2(or3?) repairmen from this Co. did not fix the problem the 1st time around and then also informed my parents a more expensive repair was needed, that just happened to not be covered by the original work done; however, when this honest gentleman came out he informed my parents that they did not require the repair they were informed of earlier and it was actually free of charge because he corrected the original error made. We will only use ACS in the future if Jason is available.
