Came same day made my house safe from fire highly recommended
Company is sales oriented. Very responsive, good customer service, but ridiculously high mark up for parts. Part cost $80 max. Service call and part swap for a capacitor was over $500. Shop them with their competition
They were so quick and came right on time and found the issue right away and had it fixed and helped go over the issue with me and discussed options for a plan that would be beneficial. I would recommend Justin highly. Thank you

Justin came to help me with my HVAC problems and was incredible! He explained everything that was going on and what he was doing in a way I understood. He was on time and very thorough. I would definitely recommend if you need help with your AC! Leaving another review since my last one 2 weeks ago - my house started to heat up again (which we now learned was from a leak) and this company sent someone out immediately! Luke was very prompt and extremely helpful. He explained the plan moving forward and was very efficient.

Jeromy came on a service call to check our home after a lightning surge that damaged outlets and fried some electronics. He was very informative and educated us about a whole home surge protector to prevent future damage after lightning storms. He installed the surge protector promptly and we are happy! Thank you Jeremy and we highly recommend him! Will definitely refer him to our neighbors and friends!

It was ok...I thought the line may have been cut by my neighbor kids mower and the tech agreed that their where bite marks and a severed part...it stopped working right after the kid mowed...he told me it was a clean cut not from a dog bite and my lawn guy it was the dogs...so not sure on that...but it was quick and fast and now my kids won't suffer tonight.. so that is good...
Michael was excellent and was able to replace the AC refrigerant and explained my options moving forward for AC repair and maintenance.

The tech Matt came out and addressed the problem and called around and found that the exact part we needed was not available for a few weeks from different supply houses and no one had them in stock. He found a part that would work this was after 4:00 but could get it first thing in the morning. So he got our water on so at least we had cold water. He was back first thing in the morning and problem solved. Matt was very professional, and the entire experience was pretty painless. We will definitely use Above + Beyond in the future.

Matt was an excellent technician. He did an excellent job installing a new kitchen sink faucet; asking me questions to make sure it was done to my specifications. He also completed a Hot Water tank flush and fixed the dripping drain pipe. The faucet looks great and the Hot Water tank is happy to be free of all that sediment! One of the biggest compliments I have for Matt is how clean he left everything afterwards! Thank you!
Noticed A/C unit wasn't working. . .placed a service request call. . .spoke with Amber. . .she asked a few questions and was able to establish a service call for today. . .Service Technician Michael arrived shorty after the service request. Michael performed several tests on the system and determined the cause of the A/C unit not operating was to due a weak/failing circuit breaker. Michael was able to cycle the circuit breaker. . .which restored power to the A/C unit (THANKFULLY)!!! Michael explained that the circuit breaker requires replacement and scheduled an appointment for the replacement. Both Amber and Michael were EXTREMELY nice and took their time to explaining the entire repair process. Above & Beyond goes Above & Beyond!!!!!!
