I really don't know, I was not at house, but Cox internet was pulled out of the wall and crew left with pilot light on gas stove was out and gas smell was in the house! I had to call ONG and Cox to come repair them. I won't be back for a week or two, so time will tell if the system is working good! Still trying to see if a surge protector was installed and part of the $13500 price.
Robert and his crew are the best . They are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I will definitely keep them as my AC people. I can’t say enough good things about them. Absolutely love them.

This company and all the people from start to finish were so efficient and nice. I contacted them about a possible gas leak after install and they were out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. No multiple phone call transfers no scheduling appointment just a I’m on my way and 30 minutes later he was there. Then sent me a text and let me know he fixed the issue and if I needed anything else to let him know

Installed mini split systems in a finished basement. Difficult install, but was done in a timely fashion and works well. I now have a company I can rely on for all my heat/AC needs. Highly recommend.

At the Tulsa office, Robert was the absolute best. When I told him we would go to hotel again, he without hesitation left his home and came out to get our air up and running. Very professional and knows his stuff. I would most definitely recommend them for any heating and air issues you may have. Keep up the great work!
