Recently had an experience with a family member who used this company. Every time I came over never worked properly they reached out with no response . Would say stay away save yourself a head ache and hvac problems. Would suggest using another company.

They have helped me the past two years with my home maintenance. They also installed a new unit and continue the bi-yearly maintenance in a condo I own. They are so good to follow up to make sure you are satisfied with their service. It’s difficult to find trustworthy companies these days. Isom and Tabitha are hands down the best to have take care of your HVAC and duct work needs!
We purchased a brand new 25 ton package unit from Airco. Immediately after Airco installed the unit it seemed to struggle cooling the building. Airco checked the Trane unit and determined that it appeared to be low on refrigerant (typical). After 3 unit swaps (yes 3 unit swaps) we still were never able to get Airco to fix the problem. After spending almost $30k with them, our warranty expired on the unit along with the desire to have them continue attempting to fix what we thought was a defective unit from the start. Blue Hill was referred to us by a friend. The owner (Mr Hill) came out personally to troubleshoot the nature of our problem. Within 15 to 20 mins of conversing with us and testing the system, he determined that the unit was not low on refrigerant but actually overcharged. He also told us that we had restriction in the flow of air. Mr Hill ordered the respective parts to fix our problem and in a matter of minutes what took over 3 years to resolve. He opened up the sealed ducts and saw that we indeed had about an 80 percent blockage in out duct work. They may not be as big as some if the other outfits in Tulsa but he and his team treated us with the utmost respect and care, paying attention to everything that was said to ascertain the nature of the problem and possible solutions. This company is top notch and I would refer them to solve all of your heating and cooling needs. They are the solution to your heating and air conditioning problems!!! Thank you Blue Hill
Isom actually didn't fix anything, per say. However, on a 103 degree day where I'm sure there were a billion other people whose ACs were actually broken, he took his time explaining to me why my vents were not messed up as I thought. I can appreciate not only his obvious knowledge, but also his patience. When something does actually go wrong, I will be calling Royal Blue!

I can not recommend Royal Blue Hill highly enough. Isom came out, right away, on SuperBowl Sunday. He assessed the condition of the HVAC system and made a temporary repair. The next morning, two gentlemen arrived to replace the furnace. The work was as excellent as the people are. You can’t go wrong with Royal Blue Hill.
Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air came out on a Saturday when we had snow still on the roads. They were professional, fast, and quick to identify and fix our heater. He explained everything that was happening and what was needed to fix it. He fixed the heater within 30 minutes including replacing the part that was needed. Highly recommend Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air.
I met Mr. Hill from when he had my new furnace installed last year. This time, the furnace was randomly turning itself off and letting the house get cold, only to randomly come back on hours later. Mr. Hill quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Perfect! Update: After I received this service from Mr. Hill, the problem quickly returned. I called and left a message, but never heard back. Now that it has gotten really cold, the problem returned. The temperature got down to 65 in the house for an hour or two, only to start again. This is exactly what was happening the last time I called. Additionally, he had replaced my furnace, but his coworker set it up in such a manner that replacing the filter or even opening up the firnace is very difficult. The filter wasn't even held in place by anything, just set on top of a hole.This coworker also did not replace the coils on the side of the furnace, which led to my AC to break down. Mr. Hill seems nice as a person, but as a heat/ac guy he failed me.
